    I was charged for an additional item that I did not purchase and the worse part is the number listed on this website ************ is a none working number and the email provided is not functional either I sent an email demanding a refund immediately and there is no response whatsoever

    On about May 12, 2023 saw internet ad at comfybedsheets.com selling what was described as "self-****************cooling bed sheets". Ordered a Queen size set for $79.99 plus shipping of $8.95 for a total expenditure of $88.94 USD. Received shipment on June 5, 2023. Sheet set is an ordinary set with no where on the packaging is Comfy Bedsheets logo/information and no description as 'self cleaning & self cooling" the features listed in the advertising. Sent email to company requesting return and refund. Received an automatic response of receiving request. No response since June 5 and I have emailed additionally 3 times requesting a response. The phone number listed on their website *************) is bogus. Get a recording saying 'call cannot be completed'. I feel that this business has made fraudulent claims about its product and about its Return and Refund policy. It seems that the business is a 'ghost' with product coming from overseas. I would like this resolved for me and additionally I want to stop other consumers from falling in to the trap and spending way too much money on a common item.

    On March 4, 2023 I ordered a set of self-cleaning, self-cooling bed sheets for ***** from *******************. I've never received my order. I've emailed them four times and have never heard anything back from them. The tracking number they supplied shows the shipment in ******* on March 7 and nothing after that. I would like to get my money back or receive the sheets.My order number is Bedsheet#****.

    I ordered a set of silver infused sheets and a set of satin pillowcases from Comfy Bedsheets. I got an email 2 weeks later stating that my order had shipped. 3 weeks later I received the pillowcases, but no sheet set. I sent a message inquiring about my order via their customer service on their website. I didn't receive a response. I sent another message the same way and finally got a response stating that my order would be shipped the next day. I waited and 2 weeks later I finally received sheets, but not the silver infused I paid for. What I received were microfiber sheets. I messaged them once again and had send 2 messages before I received a response. They stated that they sent the correct sheets, but to send them a picture of the sheets I received, my name, and order number once again. I did so twice and have yet to receive a response. This whole bit started March 2nd. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    On Jan 19 I ordered sheets. My order #**** in the amount of $37.94. As of today I have not received them, I wrote to them twice. No response. Today I tried to call them and phone company message was "this number is not in service." (It's the same number you have in your records.)

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Comfy Bedsheets regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They sent me the wrong merchandise, not what I ordered. I contacted them and they responded that item descriptions on the website were accurate -- which had nothing to do with my issue. End of conversation.

    On 1/19/23 I purchased 2 sets of Queen ******* bedsheets from a company called Comfy allegedly in ** but now I believe they work out of ******. I havent received the sheets and they dont answer their phone numbers; ************ and **************. Ive made complaints on their website with no resolution. They dont respond.

    I purchased items from Comfy Bedsheets on 12/10/2022. Order # **** totalling $241.43. The items were charged to my Credit Card. I have not received my products, nor have I been contacted by Comfy Bedsheets about my order. I have tried repeatly to contact **************** but the number and email address given, direct me to Comphy Bedsheets instead. The companies have similar names. I received a reply from Comphy Bedsheets telling me that I did not order from them, which I did not. I do not have the correct contact information for Comfy Bedsheets. I would like to get a refund for the items I have not received. The tracking information has said the same thing and not changed since 12/14/2022.

    I bought some Sheets online from comfy Bed sheets.com. On December 11 2022. The they charged my credit card but the sheets never came. I started emailing them never got an answer. Then I dialed their phone number which is not working. It is ***********. I think this might be some kind of scam. The Adresse on my credit card is Comfy Bed sheets ******************************************. I want my money back. I really can't find much on the internet about them. Except I get tons of emails about sales all day.
