I purchased 3 pair's of shoes totaling $341.99 from Chiko Shoes at *************************************** on 2/6/23 Order #******. When I received my purchase on 2/16/23 I promptly tried on all 3 pairs and neither pair fit. I wear 8M to 8.5M and followed their exact sizing instructions. My size based on the instructions was around 8.5 and they state on their website that their shoes are Medium Width only. When I received my order from **************** (which was a complete shock since I thought they were coming from ***, EUR or CAD) the shoes were too small. I couldn't get my foot inside the shoes comfortably because they were extremely narrow. When I reached out to request a return Chiko Shoes responded, "Chiko's return policy on bulk orders: Bulk orders of more than 3 pairs or items (including 3 pairs or items) per order or multiple orders are not eligible for return."I responded to Chiko's that I purchased 3 pairs of shoes, not more than 3 pairs and they should be returnable. The last time I checked "More Than" would be 4 or more.''' I want to return these shoes for a full refund within the 14 day return policy.
