  This company advertises under false pretenses as to how to return items. I received the dress. Quality is not good without any paperwork and all my emails have disappeared to contact them. I was absolutely charged to my credit card and there is no address for the merchant or telephone number to contact them even on the back info....The say on the website to include the paperwork but there isn't any nor any address. I would like to return their product and get my money back...they make it impossible as they do not provide the paperwork they claim is necessary to make the return !

  I ordered two dresses and one shirt. The only means of communication is through email. My order arrived, however the dresses, while good quality, were not flattering and I wanted to return them. When I looked at the website and return policy, it appeared as though they could be returned but the website stated they could not be returned prior to sending an email request. I sent the first email, they offered a $15 refund and advised to keep the items. The second email they offered a $36 refund, again while keeping the items. The third email was an offer for $60 dollars after they received my items. Only return address provided was *****!! I advised this was not acceptable and needed a US return address since the items are advertised as being "US made". I am going to try and contact my credit card company to stop the payment but have a bad feeling that this is just something I will never recover. BE WARNED about this company....terrible business!!!

  This website is a scam! The photos misrepresent their products. I ordered two women's tops that I was very excited about. The company acknowledged the order, marked the items as shipped, but then never handed off the package to ***** When I inquired a week later, they gaslit me and told me to be patient. The tracking information then updated that day saying the package has finally been handed to the carrier. I received the items shortly thereafter and immediately regretted my purchase. The quality of the items was very poor: the prints were very blurry, the fabric is thin, and the sleeves were 3/4 length with elastic (not what was detailed on the website) and did not fit well (even though I followed their sizing guides). When I inquired about returning the unworn items in their original packaging, I was asked to "just keep" the items for a $15 refund (only a 17% refund). I declined their offer and again requested to return the unused items for a full refund. Their service team is now ignoring my emails. I have filled a complaint with my credit card company. Capatee.com is a scam and should be avoided.

  If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a total scam. Material is cheap garbage & supposedly their warehouse is in ***** so obviously not manufactured in **, SC, ** or any other place they list. Their free returns policy is not true! If you want a refund you have to send the package to *****, which is more expensive than the products.

  Capatee sells womens clothes online. I recently purchased over $100 from them. The clothes were ill fitting and made with cheap, thin material. Their website states that they accept refunds. When I contacted them to request to return the items for a refund, they first replied by asking why. I explained. They then asked if the clothes were too big or too smaill, which is completely irrelevant. I replied, and they said nothing. After I followed up, they then replied that they would give me $31 for refund, and provided no address for the return. This company is a total scam. I have since gone online and I see that they have done this to numerous customers. This company must be investigated. They do not honor their return policy.
