    Date of transaction: March 24, 2025 No real update on shipment date or tracking number Inconclusive, untrue, and empty responses from the company. Customers were told that factory delays were done and shoes would begin shipping back in June. No new update since. I had to reach out only to find that that statement was a lie, and shipments have again been pushed back with no new shipment dates. I still havent received my order to date. Todays date is July 14, 2025.

    We're currently resolving this dispute with the customer right now. Customer is satisfied and is willing to drop this complaint. Customer will also be returning to shop with us in the future.

    I ordered shoes from Blackstock and Weber website June 27th 2023. The shoes arrived to my house on the 28th of June. I tried the shoes on, and they did not fit properly. I reached out to the Blackstock and Weber customer service and explained that they didnt fit, and asked if could I return the item for a half size bigger. The customer service rep obliged. I was instructed to repurchase the shoe as a replacement (because they dont typically do refunds)and if I resent the shoes back along with the *** shipping number, so they could track the item.. they would provide me a full refund upon inspection. I sent the shoes back the next day (June 29th)I was told that they would inspect and to please allow 7 business after they arrived. I have not anymore communication with them since. I have left a total of 5 emails to check on the status and no response. I have yet to receive a refund, The customer service rep that I have been speaking with is ****. Whom was very helpful up until they received the returned item along with no refund. I have a full email transcript to show our back and forth in conversation.
