On May 19 at 10:21am i put in an order on accident. I emailed support instantly and at 10:23am support told me it was too late and the package is already "marked for shipping" so no refunds are allowed. And that they also conveniently don't do returns so I'm just out my money. Hoping for a refund so I don't have to file a chargeback.Business Response

My account was charged $29.10 for a recurring subscription that I had cancelled. As soon as I saw the withdrawal from my bank account, I contacted ********************** and asked them to refund me as nothing had shipped yet. The company refused.Business Response

My order number is ********. As per the shipping confirmation email i was supposed to get my order on 04/17 however I havent received anything yet. As requested by courier company I waited for 24 hours yet didnt received my order. I reached out to the shipper as advised by the courier partner, I was asked to reach out tothe courier . I was told that the shipper has nothing to do with this. I fail to understand i paid my money to the shipper and their courier partner and yet I am being given this run around.I still dont have my order and i want my money back. If your confident enought that the order was delivered to me, please let me know where was it delivered. I mean i sm honestly disgusted with your company.

I cancelled my subscription to Athena Club three months ago the first of January 2024. I got charged again this month. I tried to cancel again this week. (March 10th) the site says I have no account. I have sent numerous email and the auto email they send back is always the same. This company has no customer support number to call and email reply seem to be automated. I want to cancel my subscription but when I log into my account it doesnt show I have an active subscription therefore no option to cancel yet Ive been charged and the charge shows on my bank statement twice. I had an Athena Club subscription from February 2022 to November 2023, but cancelled in Nov. 2023 due to the quality of the razors and wrote that in the comments when I cancelled. Every single order from Feb. 2022 to Nov. 2023 was for the four pack of blades and the total price every single time was $12.84. Again, I cancelled in Nov. 2023, but yesterday, January 23, ****, I received an email saying "my order had shipped and I had been charged $57.78 for 24 blades"! I contacted Athena Club via email (there is no customer service phone number) and received a reply saying they could not refund my money but would issue me a store credit. I replied that I don't want a store credit, I want a refund because I NEVER placed the order and it was not automatically scheduled by me as I cancelled in Nov. I have yet to receive a response, but this is clearly fraud as my story matches so many of the other complaints for this company on BBB. I want a refund and will be happy to return the blades once (if) they arrive as I do not want them and NEVER ordered them. Another thing that stood out to me is that the order number for this particular order was ************ yet all the previous order numbers started with AC followed by 9 digits. Something is terribly wrong and this type of business practice--fraud is not okay and is illegal! I want my money back!Customer Answer

I am a member of the Athena Club for razor blades. I needed to cancel my monthly subscription and had forgotten my password. I have requested to reset my password numerous times via the Athena Club website. I never have received instructions to my email address to do so. I have reached out to their Got a Question email address, ******************************* several times about this this, with no response. I message them on ******** about this, no response. I called the numerous listed with the BBB, which goes to an unidentified VM box, which was full and not accepting messages. I am extremely frustrated, as I should be able to reach this company as a consumer to cancel my subscription. The company has been non-responsive to my many inquiries. On July 11, 2023 I made several attempts online to cancel my subscription with Athena Club; however, it is virtually impossible. I read through every section of their Terms for Service, all the drop down menus, (cancel is not an option), and emailed explaining my problem with no clear direction on how...simply told to " follow the steps ". What steps! I advised that I wanted my membership canceled. Yesterday I saw a pending withdrawal from Athena yet again, again contacted the company and again the same runaround. It was only after I said I was contacting the BBB and posting negative reviews that I received a response explaining how to cancel. There are extra steps you'd never think to do. You have to use a drop down option delaying your shipment. That will finally give you the option to cancel. Even then, when I went back to double check, it showed a box checked "delay for 4 weeks ". Then in very tiny writing below it says "still want to cancel?". I had to go through about 3 more of these sneaky options before I finally got the subscription canceled. I canceled on 9/11/23. The shipment is scheduled for the 14th. You are required to cancel 3 days prior;therefore my account should not be debited, yet they are still showing a pending debit, which my credit union said will be deducted.Business Response
