    Id like a refund for the $19.99 charged and cancel the order for the Manuels Id like to report the chat room as a scram. They dont tell you their fees unless you ask was $1.00 and $55.00 a month after that.

    I ordered a manual for my sewing machine. Not only did they charge me $19.99 instead of the $9.99 stated - I have yet to receive the manual. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone I consider a friend.

    Ordered a user manual for Brothers Printer and a user manual for a **** Inspiron 15. This occurred on line on August 20, 2024. The charged was $9.99 per manual. I was sent information to cut, paste and download a link to print the manuals I was charged a second $9.99 for 2 more manuals. I was unable to connect with this link. I tried to call All User Manuals but the phones do not work. I emailed them about the issue. Could only get a reply if I paid another $5.00. I put a hold on the charges on my Discover card. They would not refund the charges after contacting All Users *********** number ******** 2B. Discover did not share why they wouldnt refund the $37.98.

    I ordered drivers for my Epson 7100 printer from this firm 2 weeks ago. They took my money from my bank account but never sent the order or confirmed the order.

    Paid for a Master Spa Bluetooth Manual to be sent to me for a total cost of $9.99, I never received the manual , plus I was charged $18.99 by this company which is fraud on there part. I tried several times to reach out to this company by there e-mail and even attempted to call them on the phone number they listed at my bank, but this ************** is listed to a different company. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You

    At this time, I have not been contacted by all-usermanuals.com regarding complaint ID ********. I have not been reimburse  or heard anything from this company. This company was suppose to have issued my refund several months ago, and as of this date I have not heard nothing from them at all.

    I ordered an American Food Processor user manual from ********************** on January 20, ****. My credit card was charged $18.99. I was informed in an email from All-UserManuals that the manual could not be found. The company said it would continue searching for the manual ..via alternative sources, and notify me in the event we find it. The company does not provide a customer service phone number to call, and I requested an $18.99 refund via email. I never received a refund or reply.

    I ordered a manual for my hp envy computer on 12/4/23. My credit card was charged the same day. I have made numerous attempts to contact company by email as their website does not list phone number. No response to any emails. This manual was to come via download. Never received it. Just want to receive credit for this manual.

    I ordered a manual for a *************** Sewing Machine on September 24, 2023. The money was taken out of my account on the same day.I NEVER received the manual. I sent an e-mail asking where the manual was, and they charged me a second time for $16.99. They never sent me a response to the e-mail they just charged me without my consent. I sent the company an e-mail asking for both payments of $16.99 to be refunded. So far, they have refunded me one of the payments. I want the second payment refunded to me since I have NEVER received the manual that I ordered.
