The clothes are not ****, they are a knock off. The clothes were faded and smelled. This company is a scam. I returned this item and I have not received my refund. I have not received a response from emails and no one answers the customer service number. I want my refund! I ordered 1 black **** track suit and one ****** blue 3 Stripe track suit. However they are too small I just want to return them for XXL from XL. I placed an order from Alco Fashion on July 18. About 3 days later I received a call from them saying they were out if stock of the color I had ordered, so I told them just to cancel my order. That's when the person on the phone started telling me what other colors they had and which one I wanted. I told him I did not want any other colors and that I just wanted to cancel my order and get me money refunded to me, that's when he got mad and just hung up on me. I waited about 5 days and still no refund tried calling, no answer, tried emailing and no replies. Then finally about a weeks later I got a reply saying "refund for what your order was shipped". Yet there was no package for the tracking number provided. Two weeks goes by a get another email that my order was canceled by merchant, mind you my order should have been canceled way before that. So I wait for my refund and nothing, so I call the number on the website and finally get an answer I explained to him and he was very rude by the way. He said my refund was sent last week and to take it up with my bank, I told him I used cash app and dit use a bank. He put me on hold, he was going to check about 30 min passed he never got bk on the phone the whole time the line was open and was hearing him the whole time talking about there plans and where they ate and just random stuff so I hung up and called back and I was blocked i could not call back. I call from a different number and he answers again when I tell him who I am he hangs up on me after that I still haven't been able to get ahold of them by phone or email. And still have not gotten my refund it'll be a month in 4 days.Business Response

The order was never shipped and I clearly said I did not want an exchange. I wanted my money back in which they had agreed. I uploaded the emails in one from Alco Fashion which says that they canceled the order, although I had canceled it way before they even sent the email.

On April 17, 2024 I ordered 2 short sets from Alco Fashion valuing ****** tax included. I received the order on 4/23. After receiving the order I tried one of the sets on, and I didn't like the quality or how it fit, so I emailed the company for a rma# for the return. I received a rma# and returned the merchandise on 4/25. I waited until about May 23rd before I reached out to inquire about my refund to ****. I have sent over 7 emails from 5/23 to present day including photos of the tracking slip and also proof from *** (shipping company) stating that the returned merchandise was received by them on 4/29. It has been over a month and a half since the returned merchandise has been received by them and I still haven't received my refund. The invoice number is #********. During the time I was waiting for my refund, I detected fraudulent activity on my debit card, so I had to report it to my bank and I was issued a different debit card. Upon reporting the fraudulent activity, I told my bank that I was expecting a refund from a company that I had used the old card with and if it would still go through even if that old card had been deactivated and they told me that it would as long as it was in a reasonable amount of time. So after receiving this message from you I contacted my bank to see if any refund was issued to my old card and they suggested that I file a complaint with them about the charge to **** to see if they could refund the amount through them. They said that it would probably take up to 10 days or so to get a response. No refund was added to my account.

I ordered a tracksuit from this business. I received the tracksuit, but the tracksuit was too small. I mailed the tracksuit back for an exchange. The tracksuit arrived back to alco on February 8th.
