Bought a shirt from 32degrees.com first week in May. They stated it shipped on May 11 via ***. Tracking showed it went from ********** to ********, ****** by May 17. Then was transferred from *** to **** and sent BACK to **********, arriving in ********** on May 20. Ridiculous shipping service by this company and completely useless tracking information. 3 weeks and I still don't have the item, which has criss-crossed the country multiple times. Assuming the item eventually arrives, I WANT THE SHIPPING COSTS REFUNDED TO **.Initial Complaint

I ordered an received apparel (stretch jeans - 4 pairs) and they were too large. When I went online to return them, they were marked as "final sale" and we're not eligible for return or exchange. The fact that they were not returnable was not made clear on website for ordering.Initial Complaint

On 4/15, I was searching online for some yoga pants and found 32.Degrees I ordered three pair, then went back to view the items I saw each pair had a drawstring waist, which i didn't want and immediately emailed ****** (it was now about 7 am) and emailed again right at **** I was informed I couldn't cancel the order as it had already been processed Between 7 and 9 am??Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 2/12/2025. The website says 5-7 business days for shipping time. On 2/14/2025 my order was fulfilled, and they finally shipped my order on 2/17/2025. Originally I was expecting my order to come in by 2/21/2025 at the latest, 7 business days from my order date. I let for a trip on 2/23/2025 and needed some of the items I ordered for my trip. When I checked my delivery date on 2/17/2025 it said my order wouldnt arrive until 2/24/2025, after I left for my trip. I reached out to the company to ask if I could just cancel the order or return my items one they arrived and also ask about the shipping delay. I was told I could not cancel and that I would have to pay return shipping. The customer service representative, ******, also informed me that 9 business days is standard for shipping and handling. I asked him to show me where on their site they tell customers that prior to them placing an order and he could not show me. I told him I wouldnt have bothered ordering if I had known 9 business days was standard. He didnt care and was no help. Now, on 2/25/2025, my order has yet to arrive and the delivery date is now 2/28/2025, 13 business days after I placed my order. This company is fraudulently claiming they can get orders out in 5-7 business days, with one of their representatives admitting that 9 business days is standard.Customer Answer

Summary of Issue:32 Degrees provided the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They showed no accountability, ignored promised callbacks, gave conflicting information, and dismissed my concerns.Detailed Complaint:On January 19, 2025, I contacted 32 Degrees and was told by supervisor DJ that I would receive a callback within 2448 hoursthis never happened. No follow-up, no resolution.On January 21, 2025, I followed up and was handed off to supervisor Klaudine, who contradicted previous statements and delayed the process further, offering no real solution.On January 22, 2025, ********, the Customer Experience Manager, completely dismissed my concerns, refused accountability, and offered a solution requiring me to spend more moneyan insulting response.Key Issues with 32 Degrees:1.Broken promises No follow-up within the promised 2448 hours.2.Misinformation Each agent gave contradictory ***************** accountability *********** refused to correct its mistakes.4.Insulting resolutions Forced to spend more for a discount.5.Wasted time Days of following up, repeating myself, and waiting for nothing.Customer Answer

I will start off by saying that I really do like their products but their payment process and resolution tactics leave a something to be desired.I have been actively emailing customer service representatives as their chat feature does not work. When I receive a response from them I immediately send a follow up email and it takes a day or more to get their next response which leads me to believe they are not answering from the **. Each response is almost the same resolution, which is nothing. I have asked numerous times to be called which has been ignored.I placed an order with a coupon. It was applied to my order and I checked out. I was then charged the full amount. That is illegal. Their email responses keep saying that the coupon was not valid. Their last two responses said it was only for employees. I had subsequently tried to apply different coupons to their site and those will not apply and clearly say they are not valid so if the code was not supposed to be used, the site should not have allowed it as they clearly have the ability to control it. I have requested to pay the amount I authorized and have the rest of the money I paid credited back to me. I requested the matter be escalated to a supervisor to make sure this is handled and received the same response only difference is they offered a free return of the merchandise. I also wrote to them on messenger and it took 3 days for a response which came at 10pm and stated the same information and added with that being said we would like to offer you a resolution (but did not offer anything). I then received another message within 30 minutes that said since we havent heard back we are closing this ticket. You cant make this up. They did not honor the posted price which is common business practice. Most importantly they charged an amount different from what was quoted and authorized which is fraudulent. On 1/10/2025, I was shopping online and found 32 Degrees' website after searching for their mens long underwear, which I've purchased several times from ****** before and never had an issue, however, after checking to see if my order had processed from the 32 Degrees website, it states, "Unfulfilled" yet I have absolutely been charged for the order of $34.95 on the same date and it came out of my account and posted in my bank profile. Please assist me in getting a refund and some type of an explanation as to if I have any hope of getting my money back or if my bank account is in jeopardy. Thanks.Customer Answer

I placed this order as a Christmas gift for someone on December 4, 2024. I got an update via email on December 7th, 2024 that this order was delayed. I got another email December 12th that it was still delayed with a $10 coupon even though I will never place another order here. An *** label was created on December 13, 2024******************* This was the last communication I received from this company. I see from SHOP website that the label was changed to **** on December 13, 2024. ************************** Both *** and **** says awaiting package so nothing was ever sent to them. Only labels were created. Its now December 21 and 4 days before Christmas. At this point Im requesting this order be cancelled and I receive a FULL refund.Customer Answer

I ordered a coat and lounge pants. The coat arrived with a defective zipper that will not go all the way up. I contacted them as directed requesting they exchange the defective coat. They keep giving me a run around and will not correct the situation. They asked for a photo which of course doesn't demonstrated a zipper that won't go. Now they are asking for video.
