      I can't get log into my account, so I've sent numerous requests to reset my password, the automatic response says one is sent, but never shows up (it's not in my spam folder either).I have searched endlessly for a phone or e-mail to contact customer service for assistance, but everything I find online, it asks you to login!Hence it becomes an endless, loop; while I continue to pay for a monthly subscription that I can't get out of!It's a ripoff that I can't find help!Respectfully Submitted

      Spotify is charging my account $9.99 a month, and I dont even know what Spotify is. *** never signed up. When I contacted them through ******** Messenger (as their website suggests) they asked for the first 4 and last 6 numbers of my debit card. After giving them the numbers they said they made a mistake and meant to ask me for the first 6 and last 4 numbers. This was after I had sent them a copy of the charge on my bank account. Something is very fishy here.

      I have been charged for almost a year for Spotify premium that I never ordered. I have tried multiple times to cancel but its not something I ordered. I dont know whos email it is under and I cannot speak someone personal leave and when I called the bank they have to tell me have to cancel my account. I cant do this for multiple reasons, and I think its very unfair of this company to charge people and not have someone to talk to.

      Terrible! Been paying every month for no ads and now I've been getting ads. Tried cancelling my subscription for 2days now and they won't let me without giving them my banking information. Going to close my banking account if I have to and open a new one. So much u necessary problems!

      I don't have a Spotify account, but keep getting charged every month. They don't have a phone number to call and you have to sign in to your account to get customer service. I don't have an account. Really frustrating.

      Every month since November 2022 Spotify has charged my credit card $9.99 for a service I never signed up for. Each month I contest the charge. The charge is reversed, my old credit card is cancelled, and a new one is issued. The charge follows the new card. I can't contact Spotify because I don't have an account. There's no phone number or email address to contact, and I refuse to create an account with an organization so utterly lacking in integrity. I've now left a message on the Spotify ******** page, but that's a sorry way to treat people who are being scammed. Spotify needs an avenue for the many people being scammed to contact it directly and stop the monthly hassle of contesting a fraudulent charge and cancelling a credit card.

      I'm getting charged for another account that is not mine. I've given them all the information that asked for to cancel it/return funds but then they asked for my actual bank statements?.Stop charging me!

      I was charged $9.99 and have never created an account or used **********************. Its really sad that they are stealing credit card information. It is too coincidental that everyone is having the same problem. The **** BBB and Consumer Reports needs to shut them down. If you arent vigilant about watching your card, this could lead to thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges. This company may be the shadiest company out there. Good luck Spotify. Karma will get you.

      I don't have an account. However they charged my credit card $9.99 twice in one day (today). This happened before last year also. Last time it happened it was on a different card. How do they keep getting my new card and use it for spotify. I have no other problems with any other business. They told me the person that signed up and used my card was from a ************ email address?Spotify cant block my credit card since they say they don't have all of the CC number digits. sounds fishy to me!Is Spotify setting up fake emails to charged customers for services without them knowing?Btw, conveniently, Spotify has no contact phone number to contact. you will have to search for a chat to get charges reversed. A big waste of time! BBB take notice of all of these reviews and do something about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
