THE WORST company ever. They will steal your money, break your stuff, and if you're lucky like me, commit fraud against you. I was quoted for 8k for a move from ** to WA, and ended up forking out $12.6k! (They also tried to steal 4k from me, after they did whatever they did with the wire I sent - luckily, ** was able to reverse and refund the wire). Extortionists, fraudsters, Liars, and Thieves! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Con Artists and Thugs When the movers arrived, they tried to increase the estimate by $600, claiming that we had more than the estimated 286cf of stuff. The guy got more and more belligerent with me when I challenged his claims (he said that a 331 item is 25cf). Eventually, my disabled husband canceled the move and told him to leave our home, he refused to leave, said, "what are you gonna do about it old man? meet me outside" and we had get out a weapon and call the police. After they left, I arranged the items in a corner of the room, the items took up 262cf of space, 20 cf LESS THAN the estimate.Dispatch claimed to be unable to contact management or attempt to reslove to the issue in any way.

To Whom It May ********** kindly request for this review to be removed. A move was not completed for the client. Once the ******* explained the discrepancy between their estimateand the actual amount of items they were planning to move, her father became agitated and took out a weapon. The crew immediately left the scene and called the authorities and a police report was filed. A service was not provided to this client.

Apparently "Ideal Moving and Storage" is requesting that this review be removed from your system. I have photos that prove that the "mover" was trying to increase my estimate erroneously. A weapon was drawn when the "mover" initially refused to leave, trying to arguing me into paying more.
