    I ordered Fast Lab covid kit thinking it was free since i am on ********* Provided them with my ****************** number . I did not receive anything until my Covid was gone! then they keep sending me more and more kits which I did not ask for! this is indeed a scam and need it stopped! Please help. Thank you.

    To clear things out, in our order form we have a default quantity of test. It can be found at the bottom of the order form when you placed your order and it can be edited, there might be a chance that when you processed your order you didn't edit the quantity of your test kits. Our Antigen/home test kit requires to come with our *** test. The *** test is required to be returned to us within 7 days. You may keep the antigen test kits for future use as long as they are not expired, and you will see the details on the box. You can always reach us for a fast result, and we will be happy to assist you.

    Your order for 2 *** and 8 Antigen test kits makes it *************** total, the kits are shipped in separate packages with a delivery date interval.     I went online to research the best place to get COVID tests. I did look at fast lab, but I closed the web page before ordering and now Im receiving repeated tests. From them. Ive received 2 mail in PCR test kits and 3 home ****.

    Received Covid Kits from Fast Lab that I did not request and they are charging my insurance company $325.00 for each kit. So far I have received 5 kits. I notified insurance that I did not request so they have denied all the claims. I tried to contact the company but had no luck getting to talk to someone. Also I tried to send a message with a chat on their web site but when I wrote the complaint I was not able to complete any contact after filling out comment area on web page. I tried to tell them I did not want any of their kits and am rejecting all the kits. I wanted to get changes removed and do not send any more kits.

    In some instances, insurance companies may deny claims, a common occurrence as they aim to minimize expenses. However, given that the insurance was active and covered the tests during our initial check, we believe they should be accountable for the tests. That's why we have a dedicated billing team to handle such situations.

    Rest assured that we will continue to work with your insurance company with regards to the claims, and as long as your insurance is active and up-to-date there will be no charge to you. Your insurance company will pay Fast Lab, and we will not be billing you for any balance. Please take note as well that we are unable to do billing adjustments due to the fact that all of the test kits were already sent to you.

    With regards to the accommodation through our phone number, there are times that we are experiencing a huge volume of calls, chats, and emails.     I returned the kits that were unopened.  I apologize that I missed the box that they said was on the bottom of the form.  I do not know why anyone would order that many covid test and expect their insurance to pay the cost of $325.00.  We went to drug store and purchased a test to confirm we had covid and then got treated with medication given to older patients.  I think that they should not expect our insurance company to pay for the test that are supposed to be free.  The charge I guess is to have kits sent in to verify you have covid. I never opened the packages and never received the last two orders. I refused the kits the tracking numbers show that 2  kits tracking # ending in 34 and 58 have arrived at *********** ****************** preparing for delivery on Feb 28, 2024 and the one ending in 48 showed in transit to next facility on March 2, 2024, and the one ending in 45 showed Moving through Network arriving late March 12, 2024.  All were returned on February 23.   Please understand that it is unfair to put this cost on the insurance company.  
    Thanks for helping me to get the charges removed from the account.

    My ****************** Plan has been billed for 7 Covid test of $325.00 each. I would like that taken off my insurance and 0 balance due. This was supposed to be free of charge. If it is not, Fast Lab needs to not put FREE on their search engine on the internet. That is WRONG. FREE is FREE not anything else.

    This business recently began to send unsolicited COVID19 PCR tests addressed to us. They are indicating that we need to return the product to avoid additional costs. I have reviewed our financial accounts as well as email accounts and there is no correspondence or indication that we ever initiated a request for this service or provided payment for it.

    I want to file a compliant with fastlabs. They have said it is a zero dollarcovid kit and they said after confirming with insurance only they would sebd me the kit. But they sent me kit. Not one but 4 times and i see another is in transit. Charged me 325 per kit. Which is insane. They are just trying to get money from insurance or either by spamming people. For total $1300 bill my insurance has charged me $742.69 and one more is yet to be billed. In ********* rapid test done by them is $20 and pcr test anywhere not more than $100. But not sure if they are adding gold or diamond dust the cost of rapid test is 325 for 2.

    I ordered a free online covid in-home test kit on 1/9/2024. They requested insurance information. So I enter my insurance information. It took 2 weeks for the kit to arrived. By that time I already has a COVID test and symptoms free. I have no idea that this was a scam. I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance that they charge each kit $325. I tried to look for their number, but couldnt find it. I went online to research it and found out that other customers has file the same complaint with better business bureau. From what I read from other customers complained, Fast Lab does not respond to phone call or other method of contact. Please look into this and help me to resolve this scam.

    The response from Fast Lab is entirely a lie. First of all, the test kit were was supposed to be free as their website stated. Clearly this is a scammed. I can just get the ***** test for free at my Dr ******* or buy it through Amazon only $8. Since I was so sick and was unable to go to my Dr ******* I thought I can jut order it for free and test it at home for conveniences. Why would I want to order this , if Ill have to pay for it! Anyway, my insurance denied all these claims, because it was out of network. So that means I would be responsible for these charges. Besides, I didnt received until 2 weeks later and of course it was negative results. So why would I need more kits, since it was negative! They just make up any reason to sent out more kits and then charged the insurance just like many others customers has complained. Please help me to resolve these charges.
