    Signpost advertised a service I signed up for the service ($224.00 per month) the service never worked as advertised I attempted to cancel - they informed me that I had to have an interview and give a months notice the service continues to not work they still bill monthly.

    Hi **** Were sorry to hear about your experience with our new beta feature and our service. Sometimes, we discover challenges that need to be explored with our software and fixed along the way. As discussed, we have already offered you a free month of service, which you declined. Weve been trying to get in touch with you, to no avail. As of today, we have refunded the charges for service for 2 months. We plan to close out your account by end of day unless we hear otherwise. Again, were sorry that you had a poor experience, and wish you the best of success in the future. The Signpost Team

    This company continues to charge our credit card for service well after we canceled both in writing and verbally. There is no mechanism for canceling online or through their app. They make you call in, and when you call in, they tell you that the customer support person cannot accept your cancelation. Instead, they tell you that you have to speak with an account rep. ** did all of this and told the account rep we do not wish to continue using their service, and the account rep said they would continue to bill us for another 30 days. ** explained that we did not wish to use their service any longer, nor did we intend to continue paying for it, and we instructed them not to charge our credit card any longer. Yet, they continued to charge our company credit card. ** ultimately had to cancel our credit card in order to prevent further charges.** stopped using this service several months prior as they were spamming our customers with unwanted emails that we were unable to stop.
