    I won a digital code from a sweepstakes and the store could not get it to work after repeated attempts. I ultimately purchased on my own. Emails to Eggo were replied to in a timely manner offered options, one being to refund my purchase via Venmo. I do not have a Venmo account and when replied saying it was okay I would just leave as is, they offered to send a check.This type of customer service is why a company has repeat business and loyal customers, it was just superb service. I worked in the customer service industry for 30 years and base the extremely high level of service my customers expected, to the service I get when needed. Eggo provided this service.
