    Fluent is fraudulentthey have an auto-renew in the contract. You have to notify them in a narrow window prior to the end of the contract. If not, they auto-renew for three years in our case. Completely unethical that this was not discussed upfront. Equipment is outdated and they expect us to buyout the contract to be able to cancel. Do not do business with fluent under any circumstances.

    Fluent Home Security will not cancel my mothers contract. *******************, the salesman, tricked my elderly 84 year old mother into signing a new contract with them claiming he needed to change her sign that sits out front of her house. Naturally she thought he was with her current security system and had her sign a new contract with them. She is under a 60 month contract with her current security company, now she is paying for two systems. This is elder abuse, fraudulent activity and Fluent Home Security will not cancel her contract, nor do they care about their customers. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. It is now in the hands of our state attorney general. How ***** they are in order to hold onto contracts, for if they were honest about their intentions, they wouldnt have any customers. Nothing but problems from day one. Do not deal with this company. Scammers!!

    Called to cancel service with Fluent because I was moving in with my son; I was informed that I was auto renewed and if I cancelled service, I still would have to pay the remaining amount due to the end of the auto renewal which would be almost a year. They told me that if I did not send in a letter stating that I wanted to cancel before the end of my contract it would be automatically renewed. When the agent came and signed me up for the service nothing was said about the auto renewal, it was not pointed out to me in the contract. Things happen in life that you do not expect how did I know that my husband would pass away, and I would have to move. This company should at least call or send an email to people letting them know that their contract will expire shortly. Also a.p.i. Alarm Monitoring which I guess is their accounting or something keeps sending me emails and letters stating that I am 5 months behind in payments. I have the dates and check numbers for these months that I paid. This company is rude and unfair I am very frustrated I am retired and don't have money to pay for a service I am not receiving.

    Asked to cancel service as I are moving out of state; informed I was auto renewed for a 5 year contract. Expensive service. Got ONLY because of the doorbell camera which hasn't worked 3 of the 5+ years I've had it even though I bought a 2nd wifi extender. Very unhappy with the honesty and integrity of sales.
