On April 17 2024 I redeemed my survey rewards for a $5 Amazon card which the site says gets sent to your email address immediately. They did not send it. This has happened before. I sent repeated emails in the past and they say to junk check my junk folder where it is not there. Finally they send it after many back and forth emails. This time nobody sent the gift card and they are not responding to my emails. Theres no response. If the gift card takes time they should tell you that. If they dont want to send the gift card, they have to. If they dont want to give rewards as promised without explanation then just give me my card this time and Ill not deal with them anymore or recommend them. They dont respond to the customer.Business response

I completed the shop for Small Business I completed a Small Business shop id ******* which was rejected by ********************* for the photo of the product, saying "it cannot be seen" which was incorrect. I submitted 2 photos but the shop was still rejected unreasonably. I took a photo of the product which showed how it was displayed on the shelf but the editor still rejected my photo and excluded my shop without pay unfairly.Editors are not editing the shops similar across the board. I would like to file a complaint against *********************. In emails, editors are not cordial but very bossy without using please. I am very frustrated with this particular editor.Business response

I've been doing surveys with this company for about a year now. I've saved $250.00 in points from December until now. I've done no wrong doing and they decided to terminate my account. They will not give me my $250.00 back. I've contacted numerous times in customer service. They keep saying I don't meet clients interest but they won't respond to the fact that they owe me $250.00. I completed a project for IPSOS on an in-store Target shopping mission I I have yet to received the incentive for this and it's been well over a month I have documentation as well as screenshots from the moderator stating is guaranteed and now I can't get a hold of customer service it's non-existent and so now I'm reaching out to Better Business bureau. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND OBVIOUSLY HAVE TO REACH OUT A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THEN IT'S A PROBLEMBusiness response

Managed to save up 1627 points, went to try to points, and they seem to have removed the redeem button entirely, making it actually impossible to redeem points. Now I have no way of using said points, and am thusly out fifteen dollars which doesnt sound like much, but Im low income and fifteen dollars is actually a significant amount to me In the attached screenshot, you will see that there is no redeem button where once it was located just beneath the product/gift card information, and you will see that I have just over fifteen dollars worth of points.Business response

I did a whole bunch of surveys that added up to 20 dollars and they terminated me for no reason. I answered to the best of my ability and I made ***** in two days. They say I did something fraudulent but I haven't. This company just is upset that I made twenty dollars too fast.Business response

I completed multiple surveys and hours worth of time. Only when I tried to cash out my **** worth of points for surveys completed was I told that my account has been closed due to my profile not meeting their customers needs. They sent you a response that you agreed when signing up that they can close your account at anytime. I am fairly certain that this should also not include the ability to not pay a consumer for survey work already completed. I was cheated out of **** and an upcoming 100 survey that I qualified for.Business response

I get a lot of your surveys on survey panels, complete them, and Im congratulated for completing them, but they say Im not qualified at the end. I have one here as an example. What happens to these surveys, and what causes them to complete with no issues but then end up saying that someone isnt qualified. What happens to the data you collect with them when someone is not compensated by the surveys. Did you receive the survey? What happens to the data that I gave? I joined IpsosiSay, an online survey website, a couple of months ago and I recently tried to redeem **** points and was unable to do so. The website stated that I did not have enough points available to redeem a reward however I did have enough points. I sent a message to IpsosiSay through their website informing them that I was having trouble redeeming points and they advised me that my account was deleted because my answers to their surveys were not trustworthy. That is far from the truth. I provided IpsosiSay with trustworthy answers to their surveys along with my personal information (e.g., DOB, postal code, etc) and they went ahead and deleted my account without any notification. I am very disappointed at the quality of service I received from this company as I took time out of my day to answer their surveys truthfully and now I cannot redeem my points for a reward.Business response
