    They have been telling me this for days and it has been 5 business days already since the payment was apparently submitted and still nothing has arrived. My payment is still outstanding.

    We have checked the details with out team and it seems that your compensation of USD 525 is already submitted via Tipalti by IDR on 4th July. Please note that once IDR submits payment, it takes 3 - 4 business days for payment to start reflecting in your account. As per Tipalti records, this should be cleared by tomorrow. 

    We have attached screenshot for your reference. You can also view this submitted payment on your Tipalti profile. Additionally, it seems that team has provided you details on our processes. If you still have any questions, please feel free to let us know.

    IDR acknowledges pending payment of USD 300 at our end. The delay is highly regretted and my apologies for the inconvenience.

    For this particular project, we required confirmation from client's end before we could send out the payment. This has been resolved and payment will be processed this Friday. Again, inconvenience is regretted.

    You notified me  that you mailed me a check on Thursday/Friday last week. Usually takes 2 days to receive, but the check did not arrive today.  Im left with no other options but to file police report here at the local bank for the 2 rejected checks for my own protection and have appointment at the ************* on Saturday. This has been major letdown, never expected such experience.

    IDR was contacting me via email and invited me to participate in an online market research survey regarding banking business. They wrote that they approached me because of my LinkedIn profile. They offered a compensation of USD 70 for survey completion after maximum of 4 weeks. They announced, that I will be contacted by their payment provider named "*******", to arrange the payment. 2 weeks later, they emailed me again, asking to participate in "wave 2" of this online survey, and offered 50 USD for this. I participated in this survey as well.Since then, I have never been contacted by Tipalti neither IDR. I have emailed IDR twice to check the status of the payment process, but never received any answer. After seeing a lot of similar complaints on this platform here, and also on Reddit discussion boards, I decided to file a complaint as well.

    IDR strictly believes in mutually respectful relationships - you were provided all the details and timeline promptly. While I can't speak on the practices of other companies, IDR's payment systems are fully compliant. We take our contracts very seriously, and would appreciate you complying with our signed T&Cs please. 

    IDR is a reputable company, and I would appreciate if you can take back the statement you have made based on hearsay. I must also stress that we have shared all the proofs of efforts made from our end including calls and emails. If you don't wish to take part in any future projects, we will advise our analysts to not get in touch with anymore opportunities.
