    I was contacted by Oliver Wyman on 11/30/22 to complete and education survey for a $75 gift card. It was stated that it would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. It is now January and no gift card was ever sent. I am worried that this company is scamming people for information.

    Thank you for completing our survey and for your inquiry.   Please note that our surveys are distributed to a large number of individuals and remain open for some time, in order to ensure that we obtain statistically valid sample sizes and usable response sets.  We also process honoraria through a third party vendor in batches after our surveys (or tranches of our surveys) are completed, and, even then, only after the honoraria payments are carefully vetted through an internal payments controls process managed by our finance and controllership teams.  Long story short, we realize that it might seem your gift card issuance was overlooked or is unduly delayed, but that is not the case. We are happy to let you know that our processes are nearly complete for this survey, and your gift card is expected to be delivered to the email you provided at some point during the week of January 23, 2023.
