    I am writing to the BBB due to the numerous lies and poor service I received from The UPS Store. I paid $1,223.54 with a promised 3-day delivery window. The order was placed on Monday, August 12th, with a delivery date set for Friday, August 16th.On August 20th, I called to inquire about the delay and was given the runaround, with assurances that delivery would occur on Monday, August 22nd. It was not delivered. 22nd, I called again and was told it would be delivered on the 23rd and that I would receive a call when the driver was on the way. This call never came, and the package was not delivered. 23rd, I was promised delivery on the 24th. Once again, it was not delivered.I was informed that delivery attempts were made on three separate days, all at exactly 4:32 PM. This timing seems highly improbable given the variables such as traffic and security checks in a gated community where I live. I have a Ring camera and can verify when deliveries are made, yet no proof of these attempts was provided. The UPS Store's repeated promises that I would receive a call prior to delivery never materialized.I was also told I would need to stay home to sign for the package, originally. This caused me significant inconvenience and loss of income. After numerous calls, I convinced *** to remove the needed signature and they assured me it would be removed. Ultimately, the package was delivered on August 26th over a week late. To make matters worse, when the driver arrived, he insisted on a signature before releasing the package, contrary to previous assurances.Thankfully, my girlfriend was home on the 26th and was able to sign for the package. Had she not been there, I am unsure what would have happened. The UPS Store's repeated lies and failure to deliver as promised have caused undue stress and inconvenience.I am requesting a refund due to the severe mishandling of this shipment. My bank declined my refund request because The UPS Store did not provide all necessary information.
