      Terrible company! Don’t use them! I ordered **** ******** in June of 2022. I only received 2 copies out of 6! Now they don’t answer their phones. I’m asking for a refund and they are avoiding me. I talked to a woman 2 weeks ago and said her manager was on vacation. He never emailed me and now they don’t answer their phone! DON’T GET A SUBSCRIPTION FROM THEM!

      The publisher of this title decided to cease the print publication of this magazine. The continued publication and business decisions of the publisher of any title is completely outside of our control. This customer received two print issues in accordance with the magazine's frequency before it ceased the print publication. The publisher was planning on issuing digital issues to fulfill the remainder of subscriber's orders but we offered full refunds for the original purchase price. This customer was issued a full refund on 1/5/2023. We emailed this consumer on 1/5/2023 before they opened this complaint on 1/12/23 with an explanation and a full refund prior to this complaint submission. In any event, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion they may have had but by no stretch of the imagination did we "avoid" this consumer. We are constantly looking for ways to improve customer communications and this customers comments are helpful in that endeavor.

      DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My husband ordered magazines from this service in January. They took the money out immediately. If I had known he was doing it, I would have researched the company, but I can see he's not the only one. He's been told it would take 4-6 weeks, then it became 10 weeks, then he was told he would not get his magazines until May. That's 5 MONTHS after ordering!!! What a rip-off. We finally got the number of the publisher and they said they would send the magazines immediately. If you want your magazines, don't order from this company!!!

      Thank you for submitting your review. We are sorry for the confusion over delivery times. We are very transparent about delivery times as they are standard across the industry and clearly listed before you place an order. All subscription orders must go through the same process. Once you've placed an order, it can take one to two weeks for your subscription to be received and scheduled by the publishers fulfillment house. Your subscription is then added to the next production cycle for that publication and shipped via standard mail. Bi-monthly magazine subscriptions can take more than 11 weeks to begin and thats as long as there arent any disruptions. Unfortunately, the publishing industry is suffering from many of the same shortages and delays that the entire economy is feeling. This publication is only printed every 2 months so being delayed by one issue pushes the start time out by that much. Rest assured that you will receive all the issues in your subscription order. Thank you for being a subscriber, and for your continued support and patience during these trying times.We sincerely apologize for any confusion/inconvenience but we do pride ourselves on running a business that is open, honest, and guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. We are constantly looking for ways to improve customer communications and your comments are helpful in this endeavor.

      I ordered a magazine 5 months ago and still haven't received one copy Ridiculous I'm gonna try to get my money back don't use this business you won't get any
