      Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. II took time off work just to get this delivery. No call no show. When they answer I give the tracking number and they put me on hold for 2 hours. I finally hung up and called back. They told me if I stay home the next day they would deliver it. No call no show again. Now it is scheduled for tomorrow and I have been on hold over 6 hours just trying to get them to tell me a pickup window. I cannot afford to keep missing work hoping they might actually make good on their commitment. When I call I get an answer in about 10 minutes but am immediately put on hold and never hear from them again. If I could give zero stars I would. I am starting to wonder if there is a legal case due to the missed income and hours wasted on hold.

      They skipped my **** delivery and never told me. Then when it was rescheduled, they said they weren't able to deliver because things were missing from the order. I called **** about this and they said "no, everything was picked up". Both times they never notified me, I had to call them to see what the ETA was. When I asked why they had not notified me, the lady hung up on me. Rude and no customer service at all.

      Ordered my treadmill 2 months ago and after pulling tooth and nail they finally showed upthe appointment was yesterday and they never showed. Called and they said they were working on it and somebody would call me.Getting frustrated at this point and ready to give up and then. all Of a sudden, 6:30 pm, they show up with no notice.they dont leave until 9pm and they put the treadmill together and now its not working..:..now I have to wait to hear back the next day to see what the next plan is..:Im over this company.worst ever!!! Dont ever use these people!!

      This company is horrible. I have heard bad things about them in terms of Peloton bike repairs but I am now experiencing it for myself.

      I wish I could give this delivery company a minus 10. In my honest opinion this delivery company shouldnt even have a business to run because they are very incompetent. I purchased a $1500 treadmill from Dicks Sporting Goods and as you know Dicks Sporting Goods only use Select Express and Logistics for delivery and setup of equipment if you dont want to do it yourself. Well Ive been waiting over a week and the bad part is I have to call to get an update on which I hear every time I call we will call you back later this evening or within ***** hours and never hear from them. The amount of complaints this company is getting should be on someones radar. It seems as though nobody knows whats going on and they have to talk to the technicians. When I asked for the technicians number they say we cant give you their number. Select Express and Logistics is a horrible company and I hope nobody ever utilize them. I paid you money for a specific date and set up and they have failed miserably at holding up their end of the bargain. I didnt say oh wait let me pay you when you arrive and set everything up. They should totally reimburse everyone their money back for every delivery that was late. **** who I guess was suppose to be one of the managers hung up on me. There is no professionalism, pride, or good customer service at this place of establishment and it should be shut down. I feel what they are doing in a sense is fraud and should answer to someone. May *** help the customers after me because I just assumed they were a good company if a sporting goods store like Dicks is using them. Boy was I wrong. Even the manager at Dicks in *******, ** mentioned that he dont like them and he dont recommend them if hes working. Maybe that info should get passed to all the employees to pass the word. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN or someone investigate them.

      Worst delivery company. Put you on hold & have you wait, only to get a sound like someone scratching their nails on an old wash board. No one would answer other numbers. It would ring once then go to silence. They changed their delivery date at the last minute after I took off work for the day they were supposed to deliver. Why does **** work with this horrible company?

      I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. We bought a treadmill from **** ******* and paid an extra $300 to get it assembled. Our treadmill has been sitting in some warehouse for 3 weeks already waiting for someone to assemble it. Today, we’ve called the company at least 3 times. Each time they would say someone is coming. The delivery window was 11-2pm and was sent a text there was a two hour delay. My husband got a text around 5pm so he called the company and the person said they will call us back. We received no call back. My husband called again around 6pm and he was put on hold and was told we were next in the queue and whoever is putting the treadmill is on their way. It is now almost 8pm and my husband has been on hold for 45 min. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I regret going with **** *******. We were told another company would take over instead of Select Express, unfortunately that was not the case. Clearly they need to look at they are contracting with. Buyer beware.
