      I placed an order with Coach (Order No. CUP04318058), but I NEVER RECEIVED the original package, even though the tracking indicates it was delivered. I contacted Coach immediately, and they sent me a replacement item to fulfill my order.Despite following all instructions and returning the replacement item correctly and on time, Coach refuses to refund my original payment. They call the replacement item "appeasing" or "courtesy" and are simply offering me a merchandise credit, which I refuse to ********* date, I've spoken with at least five different representatives via email and chat, and no one has resolved the issue. Each time, I receive the same canned response, without proper acknowledgment of my situation.I feel like their responses are questioning my honesty and unfairly shifting responsibility onto me for something I had no control over. Their customer service is disappointing.I acted in good faith throughout the entire process and was treated unfairly as a consumer. I am requesting a full refund to my original form of payment, as required by consumer protection laws.

      I had ordered a coach travel bag back in February. When the order arrived, it was a white t-shirt, easily half the price of the bag. I tried to process a refund, but after sending back the shirt, I never received any refund. After a few months, going back and forth with their customer service, I filed a claim with my bank, but even though coach never sent me the correct item OR processed a refund, I am now having difficulty because they keep claiming nothing was done wrong.This is ridiculous. I don't understand why I should be scammed like this. The package was laughably small too, and said 6LB package when the shirt was like 1LB. I sent proof the the wrong order was received, and they still claim they did nothing wrong.

      Complaint Against Coach Store ***** (*****************************)On 4-17-2025, I bought a $550 Coach Tabby Bag from Store ***** at ************** (*********, **). This was my first luxury bag, so I was devastated when it started peeling after just one week. I contacted Coach customer service, who confirmed I was within the 30-day return window and advised I could return the bag in-store.I called the store and spoke with manager *******, who confirmed I could return the bag despite the dog tag being stamped with my name. I drove two hours to the store, only to have the store manager, ***** ********* may vary), deny my return, claiming the bag was a final sale due to the personalized tag. I explained that corporate and ******* had already approved the return, but ***** refused and was extremely unprofessional, leaving me in tears and feeling humiliated.I spent over an hour and a half in the store trying to resolve the issue. I contacted customer service again, and a supervisor spoke directly with *****, advising her to process the return in-store to avoid me having to mail the bag back. ***** still declined, only changing her decision once she realized I knew she had been instructed by corporate to accept the return.This experience was unacceptable, especially given the poor product quality and the treatment I received from management. I felt disrespected, embarrassed, and discriminated against after spending a significant amount of money on a defective item.I am requesting a formal investigation into Store *****, the conduct of the store manager, and appropriate action to ensure no other customers endure this type of treatment.Thank you for your time and attention.

      I ordered 2 wallets as gifts on 12/16/24, the delivery was supposed to be on 12/24/24 but on the 24th the tracking said label created but *** doesnt have the item. I contacted coach and was told the item shipped and I should see movement within ***** hours. Its now 1/8/25, not only have I not received the items but coach kept telling me I need to wait for my order, on the 31st I got someone to confirm the order is lost and offered to have it reshipped to the original address or a different address. I responded and didnt hear back. I have since followed up and still havent heard back. They take your money but they dont give you the product, but no worries, they ******* you with 2-3 emails a day to make another purchase. Dont waste your money. Ill take it up with my credit card.

      I ordered a purse. I never received it. I don't know if it was stolen or what. I was treated like a criminal, like i stole it. They refused to give me a cash refund. They only offered store credit after telling me I should have ordered and had it sent to a store. I was treated very poorly. Will not do business with them again.

      Coach Outlet employees running cash purchases through register with THEIR NAME - most likely to return stolen purses with a valid receipt. Then when someone tries to do a warranty claim there is no record of their purchase. After hours of calling I was able to get the order number and Coach requested to ship the purse to them to exchange it for new.... but no new purse is sent, just a merchandise credit which I specifically did not request. AT THIS POINT COACH IS NOT BETTER THAN *****!

      I purchased a handbag from a ***** retail store on vacation as a gift, however it ended up being the correct bad and there was no ***** store within 100 miles of my home. I contacted ***** and was assured I could send through mail with my receipt, which I did. It was delivered, however ***** refuses to provide a refund. The costumer services *** stated after delivery it was picked up as if I can help who picks things up from their facility. Will not purchase from ***** again.

      I never received a product I ordered. The item was misdelivered by ****. When i contacted Coach Outlet, they refused to provide a refund even after I filed a claim with **** and they said they could not find the package. So now Coach Outlet has my money and refuses to refund it. They offered a merchandise credit, which I dont need since the item I originally purchase was out of stock and there is absolutely nothing else on their website I want to purchase.

      A text was just sent this morning (8/18/24) containing a code that was already redeemed on (8/11/24). I tried to use the code, not knowing its the same exact code that was redeemed already. When I tried to submit the code, I received an error message stating that code is already redeemed. I reached out to HELLO and was told that I cannot use the same code I already used, which I had no idea they were the same code. I thought it was a new code since it was sent in a new text message to me. I was told by the Coach *** that I am confused but a code can only be redeemed once. Yes, I understand that. But they refused to understand that they were the ones that sent me a new text message to use the code, only later to find out, they tricked me into using the same code that Ive already redeemed! Then I was later told that since *** already redeemed this offer, I am not eligible to receive additional SMS promotions. I dont know that. I only know what I know when I get sent codes/promotions. I dont go out of my way to make a fuss about codes I know I have already used! I simply inquired about a code from a new text message that was sent to me to use! Dont talk to me like I am stupid! That is a terrible thing to point fingers at the customers for something that is ********************* fault!!

      Such a terrible and very disorganized company! I ordered a product and I was sent with something that was extremely different from what I ordered and not even a Coach product. I returned such incorrect product and later on received it back from Coach along with a letter that it is not eligible for return since it is not a Coach product (when it is the same exact product that they sent me in the first place). I later on received the correct product but was deceived by the Coach Outlet website as the product was only 1.5 inches platform while the website says 3 inches platform. I returned the product and later on received it back from Coach Outlet with a letter saying it is not eligible for return as it was not in a new or unused condition. The product was not even used as it is not the 3 inches platform that I wanted. Now they dont want to refund me unless I go to a physical store for an in-store manager to determine if the product will be accepted by them for a return. This has been going on for over a month and caused me so much stressed and wasted time. Coach Outlet should not be in business!
