  I have not had a face to face interaction with Weitz and Luxenberg Attorneys, but I was truly impressed with the intake representative of the Firm she presented to be professional, informative and kind. I received needed documents in a timely matter and questioned that I had were answered with the same positive energy. I am a true believer that first impressions are lasting and I was quite impressed with the mannerism provided to me consistently by the Staff. If the intake representative is an example of the serve to be given to me by Weitz and Luxenberg, I think that I am in good hands. 5 Stars Kudos

  Everytime I spoke a representative I was given all of the information I requested. All of the paperwork was easy to fill out. They even gave me a self addressed envelope and it was stamped.

  So far the process has been very well explained, the only reason I left an open star was because Im still going through this. I find it stunning people leaving a bad review for a company fighting litigation over health related concerns, what people fail to realize is that anytime a case is presented in court it could take months, or even years to see results. The time and effort attorneys put into investigations and case study and constant back and forth with the system is beyond comprehension how they have the ability to stay strong and keep going. Anyone and I mean anyone who has any idea how the court system works, they would understand that it is a process. Attorneys who you retain you dont get free unlimited phone calls, once the case is brought to trial or litigation things slow down but first there the discovery phase, then you have continuances and so on and so forth. Thats just how the legal system works. Good luck trying to file a claim against an insurance company for anything, same process especially if you are well represented, they have time frames they can delay and drag out as long as legally possible. I beg anyone who is waiting to hear back, have patience, trust the process and hope for the best. Many of us are already dealing with life altering problems why add one bit of stress trying to worry about something you have no idea how it works or can control. I have been through the ringer and Lord willing my case is taken up, and Im around to see a good outcome, any outcome is better than no outcome for myself and my family. At this point Im only in the early process. I have faith somewhere along the line something good will finally make up for the life altering bad that has happened, until then, I thank them for the tireless work they do. Getting justice and help for people who have been dealt a bad blow in life and now their lives have changed is a thankless job despite what people say negative. Im sure 5 stars are around the corner.
