    I requested their service for pick up and delivery to launder my mattress topper. Its about 20 lbs and bulging out of an **** bag. Expecting a car of some sort to come pick it up, they sent a man in flip flops with no bag or container of any sorts. Just his bike. I turned him away and sent an email to cancel. Then they sent another man on a ebike with no no bag or container. I called this business to cancel and they confirmed without hesitating over the phone. Then someone started texting me, telling me that they use Doordash white glove service and kept pushing me to use them. I kept saying no and and requested the cancellation/refund they promised me. Now they charged me $70 for doing nothing. I will be making a similar review on the BBB. Please avoid this place. They just lie and theyre very desperate for service.

    Were sorry to hear about this customers experience, but wed like to clarify several important details.First, our pickup and delivery partners come in a variety of vehicles sometimes cars, sometimes electric bikes depending on the size of the order, time of day, and route availability. This is standard practice for delivery services across *************, much like food delivery platforms. We value and respect every driver who works with us, and we do not believe that judging a driver based on appearance or vehicle type is appropriate.Second, this customer placed her order through ************, which is an independent third-party platform. As such, we never received her payment directly, nor do we have the ability to process refunds. ************ retains all funds and manages cancellations and refunds per their own policies.Finally, as soon as the customer expressed that she preferred not to proceed with our service, her pickup was immediately canceled with no laundry collected or processed on our end.We take pride in operating a legitimate, local business that serves thousands of satisfied customers every month. We respect every customers right to choose the service that suits them best , thats the freedom we all share in a capitalist country.
