      On Tuesday, September 19, 2023, I placed an online order (#*********) with The M Jewelers for The Butterfly Flower Nameplate Necklace and Insured + Warranty And Package Protection for USD ******. The order was a personalized 14k necklace, estimated to arrive between 1-3 business weeks, as advertised in the order confirmation. I paid using an AMEX card through ShopPay. On November 1, the item was fully paid after four payment installments of $174.06 per payment.On October 10, the company emailed me a delay notice citing a surge in orders this month, with no indication of when my order would arrive. On November 6, I emailed the company inquiring when the order was scheduled to arrive, to which they told me the order would be fulfilled by the week of November 20. On November 27, after a week of waiting and no update on when my order was scheduled to arrive, I emailed the company again, requesting a full refund. Since the last email requesting a refund, the company has not contacted me. I am seeking a full refund from The M Jewelers since they failed to fulfill my order in time and have not updated me on when it will arrive.

      I ordered a custom nameplate necklace on 8/11/2023 and was told up to 4 weeks would be needed to create the item before it would ship. At the end of September I inquired about the order status as I never heard anything from the business. The customer service person, *******, told me they were behind and assured me my order would ship end of October. They offered me a discount for my inconvenience and I accepted. Another month went by still with no update. I reached out again and was told the same thing but now my order was not going to be ready until end of November. At this point I want my order cancelled and a full refund as this seems to be a scam. There are many ****** reviews of customers having the same experience. It is not possible to get in contact with them. I have called twice and sent emails. They responded to my negative ****** review stating they would be in touch and I have not heard anything since.

      Spent ***** no product sent. No response to my emails sent looking for updates. Placed order over 1mo ago told shipping email 3-5 days and product within 2 weeks. They billed me but no product sent and no response to my multiple emails sent requesting updates. Seems like a scam.

      I ordered a pair of 14k gold hoop earrings from the M Jewelers on September 21st 2023. I also purchased the insured/warranty package. All together my total was $254.58. I got one email saying my order was confirmed and haven't heard anything since. No update on my order. No tracking. But I am spammed with emails from The M Jewelers every day. I have tried emailing 3 times with no response back and have tried looking for a customer service line to contact but can't find one that's legit. The reviews on the site were good but I'm realizing I probably got scammed based on all the other complaints filed with BBB for this company with people having the same exact issues I am having. I ordered these earrings for a wedding and I thought I'd have them in a week. I wouldn't have bought them if I known I'd be waiting upwards of a month to receive my package.

      the business contacted me (see attached photo of a screenshot of the conversation) but has not provided any additional information about when I will be receiving my order. It has been well over the 2-3 week range that it is supposed to take for customized jewelry and the event I bought these for has come to pass. I cannot express how much I hate this company and would like nothing more than a refund for the big box of nothing I have received from them. The fact they can't provide any time frame for the foreseeable future for when I'll be seeing the earrings I bought is deeply concerning.

      I ordered a piece of jewelry on July 15 (order #*********). The production was said to take up to four weeks, and upon still not getting an update I reached out to The M Jewelers via Email and spoke with a *********************** said that my order would be received by August 21. I did not receive it by then nor get an update so I contacted them on August 23 and they stated Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances have arisen regarding your order, resulting in a longer production timeline than originally anticipated.While we are unable to cancel this order anymore, we want to assure you that we are making every effort to expedite the production process.It is September 11 and I still have not received any update about my order and I am unable to cancel it and receive my money back.

      I ordered a custom necklace for a friends bday and not only has it still not shown up a month after purchase, it hasn't even SHIPPED yet. They have the WORST customer service and care for clientele. I have left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails, with NO response. So unprofessional in so many degrees. And yet, I still get SPAMMED with 20 M JEWELER emails a day for products. It's ridiculous. Can someone please make this right or is a review, 5 emails and 3 calls not enough to warrant any kind of response? ALSO the products are sooo cheap.do not buy. I want the product I paid for to be sent to me in the next couple days. And I would like a refund because this is ridiculous.

      I ordered 2 necklaces, they took forever to ship out then when they did I never got the package I asked for a refund they said it wasnt their problem I never got the package even though I purchased the warranty plan

      I ordered a non-personalized gold ring on February 09, 2023 that cost upwards of $200 and paid for expedited shipping. After a week of waiting for some update regarding my order, I reached out. They advised it takes 1-4 weeks and all orders are personalized/made to order. We are now going on to week 5 of waiting and still no response or update. I reached out and they have given me excuses of updating their supply chain, popular style, and their many orders. I requested a refund and they are not able to do that.I really am hoping that I am not being scammed and I am hoping that the ring I ordered will eventually come but given all the like experiences I am not optimistic.I would like my money back or some commitment that my ring to come in a timely fashion. Any help on disputing this/making progress would be much appreciated.
