    Purchased a herringbone necklace July 10th of this year (2024). I went to put it on and the necklace snapped in half. Actually it would have been the 3rd time wearing it within the 5 months. I'm very upset to have spent the amount of money I did and the company only offers a 30 day warranty period. BAYAM informed me that the necklace cannot be fixed or replaced. I will never order again from this company and I can't get it fixed or exchanged.

    I took jewelry to be tested it did pass test the clasp are gold plated solid gold doest stick to magnet I bought ten pieces chains and bracelets are not testing as real gold I've moved to a new residence and lost order # can only find one

    I order 2 items from bayam. A ring and a necklace. I recieved item, I contacted bayam fir the necklace they said they had to investigate, I contacted them everyday not getting a response, I finally got a response 4 days later. That both items were marked as recieved. I called the lady on the phone immediately knew who i was an was no help . She told me to contact the courier.

    I purchased a chain for $2,200 for a gift. When the item was received I contacted them to let them know I needed a return label. The credit card I used was flagged but then they were paid. This is before the chain was even received. I have emailed I have called the main location, they said they would get back to me and have not. I have never dealt with such poor customer service before and now they wont answer my messages at all. I am out of $2,200 that was a gift. So the fact that I just need a label is absolutely ridiculous! This transaction was done through **** aswell. Worst experience ever! No email reply, no label I just have a chain that will sit in a box. Absolutely ridiculous. I also wasnt aware that they weee not BBB APPROVED!!!

    I placed an order with Bayam on February 15th for $800+ and I have been tracking the order daily since it was placed. After February 27 I decided to reach out to the courier directly, they told me that as of today with no updates the package is declared lost. They said there was nothing I could do, no pick up available, and that I had to reach out to Bayam directly in order to get a refund. Upon reaching out and letting them know what the courier told me, they simply messaged Hi You should get it within a couple days thank you and stopped responding when I requested a refund. They are completely ignoring me and are refusing to refund my money although I never received a product. The phone number listed here is not working and they refuse to respond to any of my messages, even after it was confirmed that the package is lost and to be refunded they have completely ignored my efforts.

    I bought a 10K gold pendant from this company received it damage with 2 cracks in it and reached out to them immediately upon delivery and inspection and they told me to ship it back which under normal circumstances wouldnt be an issue until I read the reviews from their other customers on ****** who theyve defrauded through their return scheme so I told them that this was an unacceptable resolution to me and explained that Im a regular person there is no way that a trained jeweler didnt notice this blatant damage before they shipped it out they are lying they have done this to other customers they just tried to **** it off on me in the hopes that I wouldnt notice or that I just wouldnt take action.

    I ordered a 9 inch 8mm 10k gold bracelet that cost $1100 in which I received today. The bracelet was personalized with my husband's name. First the bracelet doesn't even measure the full 9 inches and 2nd the size of the bracelet is way smaller than how it looks online. I contact the company and they are insisting the bracelet is 9 inches which it isn't and also stating that because I had it personalized they are not willing to give me a refund nor an exchange. I prefer a refund for my item but if that can't be done at least allow me to exchange for something else. I find it to be very unprofessional and not a way to conduct business. I feel like the images online are enlarged and not the actual size of the items.
