goldsilver.com stores silver or gold purchased though them in a program called Instavault.On July 28 2023 I initiated a sellback order. Silver price agreed was $4182.89. It is now Sept and I have not received the funds.They have been stalling since the beginning. I was told **** days to "review". on the 12th day I informed them I may make a BBB complaint if the check was not mailed. Next day I got an email saying it would be 15 Aug. They did not "mail" until 18 Aug. Check has NEVER been received.I then submitted a signed request for wire transfer. After no funds being received for 2 full business days I sent an email saying if the funds were not wired 1 Sept i would make this complaint. They responded by cancelling my entire request. They sold my Silver and kept the money.Customer response

I ordered a shipment from Goldsilver ***********************. ***** was unsucceful in the first attempts to deliver the package. I called ***** to help them get the package to me since I live in a gated community. ***** told me:1. I could pick it up at the distribution center.2. If i don't pick it up, they will re-attempt to deliver it on Monday 5/15/23 3. If their re-attempt on Monday 5/15/23 is not successful, they will hold the package for 2 days and then return to sender.I just got back from the distribution center now it is 8:18pm PST and I was told by the distribution center that they had the packages there but they were prohibited from releasing them to me because the sender ( Goldsilver ***********************) opened a ticket at 2:02pm today to have the packages returned directly to them. Why did Goldsilver *********************** not call me about the situation before opening a ticket?Why did they not they not allow the last attempt by *****?Why did they not allow the ***** facily to hold the package for another 2 days after the last attempt to give me the maximum opporunity to retrieve my package?Goldsilver company with *********************** charges a lot of money for shipping. Now they will try to charge me again. VERY SHADY! VERY SNEAKY! VERY BAD BUSINESS. VERY BAD SITUATION. VERY QUESTIONABLE MOTIVES. VERY UPSET COSTOMER. MAKE THIS RIGHT AND SEND ME AGAIN FREE OF CHARGE AND DO NOT ACT THIS WAY AGAIN.(Screen shot of ignored future delivery date attached)Customer response

This is a new problem. I had a different problem with the same company about a previous shipment. This is a different shipment from the same company for a different order.

Purchased about $10,000 worth of silver which I had shipped to ********* in their storage vualts. They charged me around $400 shipping. When i recently asked them to send it back to me, tney are now asking for more than $2,500 shipping for $10,000 of silver (30 lbs?).I made arrangements to have someone pick it up. They keep changing the requirements to pick it up after I have paid for arrangements for flight tickets, hotel accomodations, taken off work, etc. etc. and now I still can not pick it up because they require car model, make, year, and licenseplate 5 days in advance, but most people in ********* don't own cars and the trasportation system does not allow for uber to give that information so far in advanmce. I am trying to have it shipped locally and they are take a few days to respond and don't provide complete information.They require notarized documented letters of the request with many specific details. JUST PROVIDE A FORM AND STOP GIVING US SO MANY HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH to make it difficult. I lost so much money time with this company they should be ashamed to treat their customers this way! I just want my property without all the headache and additional costs I was not property prepared to which the company should be responsible for. I have an account with you where I purchased items quite a while back. LifeLock is telling me that the account I had with you has been compromised, that hackers have obtained my username, password, and other important information from you, and I need to swap out the email, password, and other contact information on the account so that way they will not be able to access it any longer. Email that I previously used with you was: ********************************* you call me, can you please provide me with your name, direct phone number, direct email address, direct fax number, and best hours to reach you? I'd like to work this out and appreciate your time!
