    I booked a flight through Skiplagged and when boarding the flight they told me I couldnt bring my bookbag on flight with me because there was no more over head storage and they could ***** me my bag or get a different flight where they charged me a additional $150 to catch a flight 5 hours later. Never using them again.

    I used Skiplagged for a family trip. They advertised a flight on ****** Airlines that never existed. The departure time was 3:47 pm per Skiplagged and that was the time given in their confirmation email. When I got the ****** Airlines confirmation the flight did not leave until 8:39 pm that day. This flight was the same flight number and everything! When talked to ****** customer service there was never a flight available at that time. Skiplagged does not have a customer service phone number, only email. The email was a bs answer blaming ****** Airlines. So horrible! Do not use or trust anything you see on there!
