    Olo provides app services for multiple restaurants such as *******, *************, and *********** be able to order food from these restaurants and collect rewards you have to use the Olo app. However, Olo is blocking purchases and reward redemption for me. I have tried several different methods of contacting them and they have never responded. I just need them to fix my account. I have hundreds of dollars in rewards that I cannot use due to this issue.

    We are writing in response to your complaint and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our role in the ordering process. Olo provides the underlying online ordering and payment technology to restaurants like ******* ** ***** **** *** ********* 


    Olo does not have a consumer-facing app. The websites or apps that you use to place your order and earn rewards belong to each individual restaurant brand.  While our technology powers their online ordering systems, each restaurant brand manages its own guest accounts and has control over your personal account information and loyalty rewards. 


    You will need to directly contact each restaurant to address any issues with your accounts or loyalty points. The restaurant brand will reach out to us if they need our technical assistance in resolving the issues.

    Since I cannot get ahold of anyone, someone has used my phone number and I keep getting text with a verification code. Please remove this number as it is mine and has been since 2018. If any more info of mine being used...remove it all. Thank you.
