I cancelled a subscription to Hiatus just within the month trial period. They told me I'd already been charged for the next month. I didn't fight that, but, repeated that I csncelled their subscription service. They sent me verification of that. Since then, I get $10 taken from my checking account every month! I contact them, and they do reimburse me, but, their service has been cancelled. They have no right to be in my checking account! Are they a total scam company? Are they doing this to everyone that cancels, hoping they won't notice?This is a horrible company, seemingly hoping to take advantage of its' customers.Business Response

I canceled my subscription AND deleted my account with ********************** on March 12, 2024, but they are still taking $10 per month out of my bank account. I have no way of trying to cancel it again as I cant log into my account because it was deleted.Business Response

Ive been getting charged for I dont know how long for a subscription I dont remember signing up for. The charges arent following a specific timeline as in August I was charged twice for some reason while July and June I was only charged once.
