    The single shadiest entity I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I placed an order for glucose test strips that were listed as in stock, when no activity came of the transaction I reached out to them only to hear that the strips were back ordered. I cancelled the order one week ago and was promised the order would be cancelled and my money refunded. It's a week later and I'm STILL fighting them to get the order cancelled and receive a refund. CS agent lied through their teeth about even sending a simple email confirmation. Utterly disgusted.

    Less than 60 days after purchasing I had an $80 product that was defective. They gave me such the run around in trying to obtain the manufacturer contact information that I finally gave up. Will not use them again.

    I would not even give them one star for their service. My order was cancelled without my acknowledgement or consent. I sent them an email to send me the items, and not to cancel my order. No one ever reached out to me. Their customer service is totally unprofessional lack communication skills, they are unreliable. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. I am a very unsatisfied customer. I hope no one ever has to deal with anyone in this company.

    It took almost 4 weeks and 3 phone calls to get my order shipped. I received my product priced at 106 dollars and the item didn't work. I then called the phone number that came with the product if there was a problem. I ordered vibrathotics shoe insoles for my neuropathy, was excited to finally get them, after following instructions on how to used and charge them. I waited the recommended approximate time for charge and they did not work. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a label and my refund. Had I read these reviews I would never have bought from them, they are a total scam taking money from people and with terrible customer service. I just wish I could rate them lower than one star, because my one star rating is only bringing their rating up. Seriously disappointed, they need to be shut down if your business rates less than a 3 star rating.

    This site is a rip-off. Almost everything is marked up 2x from normal stores like ******/******.

    Omron Blood Pressure + EKG: ************************************************************************************************************************* - $209. Manafacturer: $149 (*******************************************************************************************.
    If you use this store, you're essentially giving up any tax benefit you got from FSA because you're paying double for everything.

    I also only received part of my order after a very long chat session. My receipt says 2 items are pending. Dreading contacting them again because I know all I will hear is I will be contacted by email when items are ready to ship. They can't tell me if the items are on back order or if discontinued. All you can do is wait on them. Once I get this resolved, I will not be using them again. The concept is great, but the reality not so much! My concerns appear to be echoed though out these reviews. Think twice before you use them.

    I've been trying to return a $700 order for three weeks. I just need a second ***** label. This is insane, they keep putting me off, making me call back multiple times. And looking at the ***** label it says Bill Sender, and they have it coming from me. If they're having me pay for shipping why do I need to scream the roof down to get a second label? They've also told me I'm not allowed to do a Return to Sender at *****. The return auth I got said they'd refund my card but now here I'm seeing they issue credits instead?
    I'm so disgusted and frustrated at this point. First my FSA denied the claim (limited FSA, not their fault) and now I can't get my money back. I'm out $1,400 in total on this. I lost the FSA money now I'm not getting a refund apparently.

    Very disappointed in this website in the poor customer service accompanying it I placed an order and one of the items that wasn't my cart disappeared and then I placed my order the item was available again within 1 hour. However according to customer service once you place your order you cannot end item onto it later if it becomes available again. Would recommend a different service for using your fsa money.

    Ordered 3 orders after fixing an FSA issue and finally getting money released. At this point I would rather spend the money and sit on extra supplies than lose it. 2 of the 3 orders were placed "getting ready for shipment" within 12 hours of the order. the 3rd order was placed "order on hold." I checked my status and utulized the chat function to which the person "*****" on the other end told me I should have gotten an email from the company saying I need to contact them and physically verify information with them. I did not get any communication from the company other than they confirmed the order. I called the company and was told there are no reps availble and they hung up the phone. The 2nd time I called I got a rep after being put on hold for a few minutes. They informed me that its a random pull to verify the last 4 digits of my card. They then told me that i'm only calling because I recieved an email which I did not. The person on the other end was not helpful and spoke down as if I was bothering him to get my order fixed and shipped. He said it would be 3 to 5 days to recieve product so we shall see. I would really reconsider spending money with this company if you have other options available to you. This company which is directly linked to my FSA account is shameful.

    I believe that FSA Store is cheating people out of their money by not issuing proper credit when an item purchased was defective and returned. They immediately charge your credit card but do not credit, your card when item returned. They provide a store credit that expires...even after they have received payment for the returned item.
