Your lying I have NEVER had a single violation about submitting any receipts and I know because I submit all the same exact receipts on Fetch and have never had a single violation with them and I have cashed out multiple times you guys waited until the second I went to cash out to void my account and you're lying flat out you can't show me one email with a violation because it doesn't exist and you're just trying to get out of giving me my reward that I worked a year on. You also can't tell me one thing other than submitting receipts.

Before blocking members, an email is sent as a warning to let them know that they are violating one of our rules. This member opened the email so we know it was seen. After receiving the warning they continued to submit multiple receipts from the same retailer within a 24 hour purchase period. Each receipt contained a different credit card number for payment. When members submit receipts that are not theirs, it skews our data which is detrimental to our business.

You know what's so funny is that there are multiple people with the exact same story as me that as soon as they go to cash out with a gift card their account is automatically flagged. You guys sent me a code at 3 ******* in the morning and it says if you did not request this code, please ignore and that's how you got away with scamming people also on the actual Better Business Bureau it says this is 98 probability of being a scam. Secondly I use Apple Pay and they hide my email and card number when I make purchases to protect my privacy. THIRD NOT A SINGLE EMAIL OR NOTICE I asked you to provide me a copy of any email you sent me of a violation showing that I read it as well because you said you sent me emails and that I read them. Both are false. Show me that because there is not a single email you ever sent me of a violation and I have proof of that flat out. You are a scam.bye

Basically I used the app and all of sudden I was unable to open it I sent an email the responses were my account blocked . It won't be any warning about my account it kept asking me to reconnect my email so they can steal me and hack my information. I asked them to let me remove my emails and redeem my points they ignored my request I feel the app is a hacker and better to be closed due to reviews and unsatisfied clients

I have been using the CoinOut App. I finally reached their levels and redeemed two $10 rewards from Zelle. I have already had Zelle through my bank and the email addresses are the same. CoinOut sent emails stating that I had to click on a link in order to register for Zelle and the links and emails seem sketchy. I reached out to customer support almost a week ago and have gotten no response. I followed up today and still nothing. My Zelle shows absolutely no pending payments and you do NOT need to click links through emails for Zelle payments, all that is needed is the email address which was provided. CoinOut refuses to acknowledge my concerns or help me received the rewards I rightfully earned.

After reviewing ****************** account, itit was found that he did not enroll into Zelle to collect/accept the funds.  Both $10 reward redemptions were cancelled due to no reply from ************** and coins were retuned back to his CoinOut account.

Been using the app for months no problem and when I tried to cashout receive a message there's a problem with my account and to contact customer service. Got told by customer service that my account has been blocked by their system for submitting invalid receipts which has never happened. Funny how their system had no problem accepting every receipt for almost a year then when I want what I'm owed for doing my part they're suddenly invalid. Considering their app is barely useable garbage I wouldn't trust their system. This is a scam that just wastes your time and harvests your data to likely sell without compensation.
