    HORRIBLE!! Wait until you try to file a claim. 6 weeks of trying to get a return phone call. They said they 1st adjuster quit, sorry! Then, the next adjuster said, "since you waited that long, you should have turned it into your own homeowners, then worry about it later". What kinda c*** is that? They don't want to respond or pay. They also said will not pay for any expenses until all work is 100% complete. NONE!! And will only reimburse if they accept the claim. NEVER HAD SUCH A DIFFICULT TIME WITH AN INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!!

    Wish I could have no stars-I got an insurance policy, but wished to lower some of the coverage that you are not able to do online. After several unsuccessful attempts to get this done, I just wanted to cancel the policy as if I can't get anyone to help me with that what would happen if I had a claim or something. I paid $488.42 on May 9th, 2024 for coverage in preparation for the season, but due to weather did not complete a job in my 4 day coverage with Thimble. I found a MUCH better rate with Next Insurance so cancelled my coverage with Thimble on May 13th, 2024 and my reimbursement was only $43.00! Talk about taking advantage of people-four days of coverage!?!

    Thimble is awesome and has affordable insurance for events. Most small businesses like ours need temporary insurance because we can't afford long-term leasing of commercial space but we do go to trade shows and events to market our products. Thank you Thimble for protecting us!
