I took the **** Humanities exam on 6/8/2024 through ******* track and just as I though everything was going well, right at the end, my ******* said he couldn't see my screen. This was strange because my camera was visible and i could chat and the blue rectangle was around my screen. However, I messaged him back saying what should i do and he said to restart the proctoring. When I tried to do that, my exam ended as well and I was given my final score.I was worried that my score was going to get cancelled because the ******* couldn't see my screen right as I ended the test. So I contacted their support (******) to see what I could do. This is the basis of my complaint. This company's support does not have a clue about what is going on. I have dealt with them multiple times and each time they are not helpful but do more harm then good. The support people should be able to pull up what is the status of your test. Instead, they were interpreting the screenshot I sent them. I can read your website/instructions, my problem is what is happening in the backend. I was told I need to resume my session but I can't because their website to start the test shows the resume button as grayed out. Also, I already submitted the exam on the *** website so I couldn't do anything there. There is zero communication and the support people can't actually resolve the issue. I'm writing here so maybe somebody higher up can actually tell me what happened with my exam and whether it was submitted/will not be cancelled.

I was scheduled to take a CLEP college Algebra test with proctortrack on Tuesday 07/25 at 3 pm PDT. Since it was a math test I had my plain stretch paper and pencil ready to work the problems,I didnt have a calculator because a calculator was built into the exam. The exam was also proctored. As I am chatting with their *******, which is an ** robot I was informed that I could not use plain stratch paper and a pencil to work these math problems. According to the ** robot I had to use either a dry erase white board with a marker and eraser or a transparent piece of paper with a marker and eraser. Now remind you I was only informed about this right before the exam on the exam day. After I paid $93 for the exam and $30 for the ******************* so $123 total. At this point I had to either forfeit my exam or reschedule it for another day. And if I chose to reschedule my exam I would have to pay a rescheduling fee. So first of all why would I have to reschedule my exam if it was never communicated with me that I couldnt use a simple piece of paper and a pencil after I had already paid and schedule this exam. And two, I have taken many standardized and Proctored tests in my years and I have never not been able to use a piece of scratch paper and pencil for any match problems on a test. I said all that to say I will not be using proctortrack ever again and I would like my $123 dollars back. Thank you!
