  Atrocious scheduling department. This is already an emotionally fraught, sensitive time and their schedulers are so unprofessional and rude. I called to schedule an appointment today and was told that I would need to speak to a different scheduling department for that type of appointment. Okay, no problem. Then I asked about a second type of appointment and the woman treated me like every question I asked her was a waste of her time - eventually I started crying and asked her to have patience with me because this was my first time and I didn't understand how things worked at **** yet, and she was somewhat nicer and more patient after that. I forgot to ask a question because I was so thrown off so I called back and spoke to a different scheduler. I asked if they offered in-house pap smears or if we needed to obtain that from our primary care physicians and she barked "NO!" loudly at me on the phone. It startled me, so I didn't say anything for a minute and then she said "You need to get it done at your doctor" and hung up. Two bad experiences in a row on the same day - huge red flag! I can't speak to the quality of their care or doctors - and I will say the patient coordinator nurse we spoke to previously was so lovely - but their scheduling team is a nightmare and I still have yet to receive any call back to schedule my appointments. Proceed with caution.

  We had a very disappointing experience with the ********************************************* (****) ********** Office. Before committing to treatment, we were given conflicting and misleading price quotes presented as discounted, but there was no evidence of actual savings. We were told our insurance would not cover IVF, yet our insurance was billed without our knowledge or consent.During the process, the billing department was rude, insensitive, and caused significant stress and anxiety. They were pushy when trying to secure our business but completely unresponsive when we tried to resolve ongoing issues.We were also double billed for a service that had already been paid in full, including improper insurance charges. Over $2,000 in unused IVF funds remains unpaid despite repeated requests, while we continue to receive unexplained payment demands. This has caused ongoing financial and emotional stress during an already stressful process.We hope IRMS addresses these serious billing errors, unprofessional conduct, and systemic issues to prevent other patients from experiencing similar problems.
