    I ordered a Barsys Coaster 2.0 Coaster Dec 30, 2024. I emailed them repeatedly about my order as it was never shipped. They charged my AMEX Card $65.00 on the day I purchased it. I went 5 months never receiving anything. They always replied it was delayed and they were sorry but said I could get a refund if I wanted. I finally opted for my refund May 1st. They said they would refund it. It has been 14 days, no refund and they are not writing me back now.

    I ordered a coaster set as a Christmas present for my son in November. It is now May and has yet to arrive. I requested a refund in early April and was told it would be processed. That has also not happened. As of right now I am out $100 and still owe my son a Christmas present.

    I attempted to purchase a coaster for my BIL for Xmas. The site said it would deliver however arrived after the holidays. I refused shipment and the company got their coaster back. I still got billed and no refund, which I didn't notice till a year-end audit of my credit card statements. I attempted to file a chargeback with Discover card which the company refused based on their Ts&Cs. They NEVER pick up the phone, will only text back, and then refused to text back after providing all of my information.

    I ordered the Cup and Coaster 2.0 in October 2024, hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas. I was informed it was on backorder and would ship in January. I agreed to wait and kept my ******** early January, I was told it would ship mid-January. Then it was pushed to early February, then late February, then mid-March. Eventually, I asked for a refund, which they said would be processed soon. A month passed with no refund. When I called, they simply told me they had no idea when I would receive it. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get my money back.Out of curiosity, I continued tracking the item on their website. Theyve been pushing the shipping date back every couple of weeks. As of now, it shows May 30thbut I fully expect that to shift to ******* my opinion, this feels like a scam. They continue marketing heavily via email and social media despite clearly lacking inventory. I dont believe theyll ever ship the product. Even the earlier version received poor reviews for app reliability and *************** this point, Ill stick to my own tried-and-true methods for measuring and mixing.

    I purchased and item from this company for $134 on January 18th 2025 and up till this said day I have not received the item or refund from them just keep being promise my refund being processed

    I ordered a coaster from ***** around the end of Nov./first of Dec. from their website. Nowhere on the website did it indicate the coaster was backordered. Around Dec. 15th I emailed the company (as this is the only way to get in touch with them) to get an idea when the item would ship. At that point, the website indicated the item was backordered. The company responded saying it was backordered until January. I cancelled the order and received a refund the same day. I decided the next day to go ahead and re-order it with the understanding it would ship in January. Toward the end of January I emailed the company again for an expectant ship date. They responded that it would not ship until February due to the product being upgraded. Towards the middle of February I asked again when it would ship. They said by the end of the month. On February 28 I asked again when it would ship. They said by the end of the month again. Being that it was the last day of the month, I asked if it was shipping today. They said they did not know when it would be shipped. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They confirmed the cancellation but not the refund. I asked again a couple weeks later and they responded with email and receipt that a refund was issued on Mar. 13th. But a refund was never applied to my account. It is now April and I still have not received a refund nor heard from the company. But they are still advertising the coaster and sending me newsletters. At this point, they have lied and stolen my money.

    Date of Transaction: 12/17/2025 I placed an order for the Coaster in December for a Christmas present and I acknowledge they were on backorder and would not ship until *******. ******* arrived and I did not receive the product. I gave them until February and nothing arrived. I checked the website and there seemed to be product available so I figured mine had to be shipping soon. I called to ask for an update and they said they had no timeframe on when it would be shipped or even available. I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund on March 3, 2025 and they said I would get a confirmation email and I never received one. I reached out to them March 7 to confirm that my order had been processed since I never received an email and they said yes but they had no update on when I would receive a refund. I have been consistently asking and calling for an update and they just keep saying they will "review" this issue.

    I purchased this Barsys for a friend knowing that the website stated it was out and will be shipping in January 15. When I did not get it by that time I emailed asking what was going on then I was told that it will be shipping in February. Low and behold no product. So I emailed them again and they will not answer back and it is March.

    I placed my order with Barsys on 2/5/25 for the Coaster 2.0 and Wireless Mixer for a total of $142.90. The items had a ship by date of 2/15/25. On 2/16/25 I had not received a shipping notification so I contacted Barsys. They informed me there had been a delay on the order with no estimated shipment timeline other than the next several weeks. I requested a refund. I was given a timeline of 1 week to receive an update on the refund. As of 2/22/25 I still have received no communication or refund. **************** said they are still working to provide me an update. I am asking for a full refund for my order.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Barsys LLC regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Business claimed refund had been issued and would be received within 15 business days on 2/24/25. It has now exceed that timeframe and no refund has been received.

    I ordered from them on December 12. I still have not gotten anything from them. They answered 1 email and said that they would ship January 15. They did not ship and now ignore all forms of contact. This business is a fraud. They take the money from the credit card and then make promises that they will ship later but never intend to ship anything.
