      I initially was contacted 2 years ago by this company and reviewed them on here that I do not wish to be contacted as my business is self-pay and does not work or have any contracts with insurance companies. I received an email back in 2021 from an employee confirming that I would not be contacted, and here we are in 2023, and I have been contacted again. Please stop contacting businesses that do not wish to form any contracts with you and reimburse the individual making the claim! Also, keep to your word and don't contact after you have agreed to stop doing so.

      MultiPlan sincerely apologizes for it's error in contacting ************** in January of 2023 after it confirmed that all contact was ended in September 2021. Over the last month we have corresponded with *** ****** on several instances to acknowledge the mistake and communicated to her that safeguards have been put in place to do our very best to meet her very clear and repeated request to completely avoid all contact in the future.

      This is a SCAM. NEVER get health insurance over the phone like this. They sell you a bill of goods and make you think you're buying real health insurance when you are not. Do research and talk to a health broker. If you try to cancel the plan they will be very difficult and try to convince you otherwise. Be polite, but stand your ground.
