    Do not hire this company and do not work for this company. It is a scam. My husband worked for them for 2+ years and they have lied and manipulated him and our family to no end. On top of not getting paid on time/excuses on top of excuses. The company is going under. Just be careful!

    I paid Bikham Healthcare to perform my credentialing in July of 2023. It is now the middle of September. Only 2 applications have been submitted and one of those applications was immediately rejected due to Bikham's mistake. No corrections have been made to that application as of today (Sept 14, 2023). I was already credentialed with another practice earlier this year and thought this process would be a breeze for them since I already had my required documents for the previous practice. Nope. I have just been strung along with false promises and nothing to show for it. They get an F- I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

    SCAM!! I should have read the reviews first. This company claims to help your business with enrollment into different insurance companies. They charge you a fee for each enrollment. I have paid for help enrolling into 8 insurance plans. Nothing but lies. Everyone I've spoke with has a foriegn accent (India). I suspect their address (**********************************************) is fictitious. The insurance companies have no record of my company applying for in-network status. I have called Bikham multiple times and been promised an immediate call back. Never happens. The Credily software they use has had multiple complaints. It is registered somewhere in **********.

    I paid $2,351.25 to this company at the end of June after talking to them on the phone, and they convinced me they were one of the most trustworthy companies in the market to help me with my credentialing process. Immediately, I noticed they were slow to move my applications, and there was a lack of communication from their end with me. I contacted them asking for a return of my money or to change the person they assigned to help me with the process, but they did not change the person helping me with my applications, and they did not return my money either. Every time I log into their portal to see if there is an advance in my applications, I do not see any update. When I call the person assigned to work on my applications, she never answers. I scheduled appointments to talk and meet that person, and my meetings got canceled. It has been two months since I paid this company my money, and the reviews I read online on ****** are completely negative, and everybody has similar complaints. At this point, I acted and contacted my credit card to open a dispute and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I know it is hard for many of us to put our money into third parties, and we want to see professionalism in those companies we trust to help us make our dreams come true. At this point, I contacted my credit card company and opened a dispute regarding the fees paid to this company. I also emailed Bikham Healthcare requesting a full refund of my money.

    You need to run from this company!!Despite initial doubts triggered by the reviews, I ignored the cautions due to ******'s affability ( A HUGE MISTAKE). They possess zero expertise in credentialing. Although I dislike writing negative feedback, I find it necessary to caution others against squandering their time and resources. My application was returned twice with the same error codes, and their team was clueless about rectifying it. Astonishingly, they claimed that the individual handling my application was their most skilled. However, she struggled to address even the basic query on the application. When I requested a refund, I was promised contact that never materialized until I pursued the bank for reimbursement. Shockingly, they fabricated a tale for the bank, asserting that I was impatient and sought a refund due to my unwillingness to wait for the insurance company to process the application.They are unequivocally a clique of swindlers and fabricators.So I advise anyone considering engaging with this company to RUN and NEVER LOOK BACK!!

    Bikham Healthcare claimed they were professionals with a long successful history of helping healthcare professionals gain credentialing needed. What I discovered instead was excuses for why applications were not submitted correctly, followed up on timely and in the end me being credentialed at all after 5 months of waiting! By comparison, I worked in my home state with with another agency and was credentialed within weeks either at no cost or very minimal expense. When I attempted to communicate via email to find out what was going on, I received either excuses that made no sense, exact same responses (cut and paste ) others had received about issues related to their ***** and need for additional time to fix. All nonsense. I did not have these issues with credentials with others! I requested a refund and have been ghosted. This company is a fraud.

    This company puts out ads as if they are expert in credentialing - They have no idea about Payor enrollment. They claim to have 48 hr application submission. They have not been able to submit application after 6-8 weeks. Nobody responds. The initial conversation is always started by ****** with Bikham healthcare - but their whole operational team is overseas and without any knowledge about medical practice and operations in ***. They were going to issue refund but they Never did. BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM.

    Bikham Healthcare took my $500 under the agreement to assist me in becoming a provider with HMSA and ********** in the *************** in May, of 2022. I had four different account managers in that time and never achieved my goal. In the past four months, I have e mailed the company and repeatedly tried to reach my last account manager to no avail. I have not been able to reach anyone. My goal was to accept health insurance for clients seeking substance use assessments, education and treatment. I will not ever do business with anyone again that does not have a good rating with the Better Business Bureau.

    Just reiterating with regards to all the previous reviews and complaints with this organization. They promise the ***** and deliver NOTHING. Absolute paper pushers when it comes to having the necessary links, contacts in acquiring the valued contracts that we are PROMISED to receive in the ***** pitch; thats why they have such a poor rating of an F on the BBB because they cannot deliver on what is Promised. Save the ***************** and be aggressive in getting the contracts yourself.

    I wish I found these reviews before I signed up.. I would give them a -5 stars. They promised something I do not think they can deliver, and took my money and I am just glad I only committed to one panel. I am sorry ************** They also keep asking for my login for CAQH wish seems scammy. I hope they aren't fraudulently billing or setting up stuff, I don't feel comfortable giving them my CAQH login because they are able to access everything because I gave permissions on CAQH. So disappointing.
