    No Response from customer when requesting a return label. I submitted the return request 2 days after receiving it. But apparently you have to email them to get the label. So i did that, within the time frame and they haven't responded to me.

    I placed an order and received the items, but I called asking to initiate a return. I was told that within 48 hours I will receive an email that will include the return label. A week later I called and was told that the first individual was incorrect. Due to the high number of returns labels are issued when time permits. I was concerned because I was just a week away from the 30 day return limit. I was then told that there is a record of my request and to not worry because I asked fir the return prior to the 30 days. Now reading the other complaints and seeing that this is their normal business practices. There is no other store that would have this policy. I do not trust that I will receive the return label and that I will be outside their return policy. I want to return the unopened items.

    Do not use this Website- hsastore.com. I have been trying to get my ~$500 refund for 3 months now. First they charge my card and never sent merchandise. Then they realized they can not fill my order and nothing is communicated to me via email or phone. Until the following month, I receive an email stating that my order was cancelled. However, no refund was given. The following month they send a follow up email that the refund was issued. On the other hand, my cc company states they have not seen a credit post to my account. I called several times to verify and they keep giving me the run arounds. My order was placed in November and it's now January. Still no refund, but they continue to send me emails stating my order was cancelled and that a refund was issued. I asked why they continue to send me this same email and no refund. They seem dumb founded and can't respectfully respond. Bad ********* Systems are rogue and they've thrown in the towel. Order at your own risk...
