      This company is a scam. As soon as they get your payment info they will continue to charge you no matter how many times you cancel. I cant get rid of them. Wish they didnt have my ******.

      Cancelled a membership a early part of the year and yet I am still getting charged and they keep sending me the product . Because I do not have a active account I have no way to return the product and I cannot get ahold of a representative in order to stop the charges.

      I sent an email in writing on 09/09/2025 requesting my auto pay monthly subscription be canceled. Additionally, it was never my intention to sign up for a monthly subscription. I recently received another shipment and my debit card was charged on 10/02/2025 in the amount of $34.66. Also, please see below dates and amounts of that was charged to my debit card. I have been unable to to find a telephone number where they can be reached.

      I was ordering FREE samples and I was only paying for shipping. I ordered them then afterwards its said the offer expired but it says the order has been confirmed and they charged me $121.

      I received an order once from this company and then cancelled the subscription. This was in April 2025. My account says its cancelled but every month they try to charge my Discover card $41.94. I already believe I paid for more than I received but dont cars about that now- just want the charges to stop. I had to freeze my account because of this. When I contact them they indicate they cant find my account yet the attempted charges continue.

      Ive confirmed that your auto-refills under ********************* are cancelled. The $52.43 charge on May 6, 2025 was not a refill, but the cost of keeping your E27 Extra Strength Liquid Collagen in Mango from trial order #************ placed on April 5, 2025.
      For clarity, our Try Before You Buy program gives you three weeks to try full-size products. You pay only shipping upfront, and if you keep the products past the trial, youre billed. Returns are accepted within 60 days for a full refund.

      They have told me this before. I am not complaining about the May 6 charge, but about the charges every month since then. Discover card reversed 2 months of charges and I have since had Discover card block any charges in that amount to prevent them posting, not Spoiled Child continues to attempt the charges. I have been told in the past auto-refills are turned off. All I can do now is wait and see what happens next month.

Upon checking, I can confirm we have an order placed under your name and email on August 24, 2025, for E27 Extra Strength Liquid Collagen2 bottles as part of our Try Before You Buy program.
      The charge of $118.25 you noticed is the cost for keeping the products after your trial period (order number: ************).
      We always aim to explain the Try Before You Buy program clearly at checkout, but I understand this may not have been detailed enough. Heres a quick overview:
      - You receive two weeks to try your full-size product(s) at home.
      - Only the initial shipping fee is charged upfront, and thats nonrefundable.
      - At the end of two weeks, youre billed for any product(s) you decide to keep.
      - If theyre not right for you, you have 60 days from your order date to return them for a full refund.
      To request a refund, simply send the products backreturns are accepted in any condition. Please use our free prepaid return label to ensure quick processing. You can start your return at ******************************************************* using your order number or email address.

      I signed up for a free trial service of spoiled child with their liquid collagen. Was promised no money taken out unless after 1 month you didnt return the product. I was charged immediately for it and then charged AGAIN after only receiving one bottle. I am not able to login in because I signed up with a phone number. I have reached out to their customer support email (the ONLY way to contact them) over a dozen times BEGGING them to contact me, not only to discuss being charged twice and unfairly, but to also be able to login and see my information on their website. They do not EVER respond. I dont have any way of even cancelling the service or altering the order in any way. I have no one to reach out to at their company and there is ZERO assistance offered in any way for any of these problems. They are continuing to take my money without any customer support whatsoever, no way to change or cancel or manage an order, no way to login, etc

      About your trial order (Order #************):
      When you placed your order on August 17, it was set up as a 14-day free trial.
      The charge you saw at first was a pre-authorization hold (not an actual withdrawal). This is a standard fraud-prevention measure from banks and usually disappears within 4 business days.
      Your order has already been picked, packed, and shipped. Once it arrives, your 14-day trial begins. If you decide the product isnt for you, you can return it within that trial period at no cost using our return portal: *******************************************************.
      About the $58.30 charge:
      This was not for a refill it was the charge for keeping the product once your 14-day trial ended. Our system processed it under the assumption that your order was delivered.
      About your auto-refill order (Order #************+1):
      When you signed up for your trial, Auto-Refills were also activated. This creates regularly scheduled shipments based on the frequency you selected.
      On September 13, 2025, a refill order was placed for $46.64. You should have received a reminder email about this one week before it shipped.
      You can manage or cancel Auto-Refills anytime by logging into your account and clicking Manage Auto-Refills under the AUTO-REFILLS tab. From there, you can adjust frequency, update payment details, or cancel future orders.
      Next steps:
      Weve also added a $40 code to your account as an apology for the inconvenience.

      This account was closed earlier this year. The company charge me for another order I did not place. Two emails were sent in regards to this issue with no response.

      SpoiledChild stated I order a 14-dat trial on 8/5/25 and charged me $5.00. On 8/26/25 I was charged $119.63, on 9/4/25 I was charged $119.63, on 9/5/25 I was charged $95.70 2=$535.66. Fortunately, they didn't get any money because it is a secure card that I only keep at $30.00 balance. They did take $5.00 from my account. I have notified SpoiledChild on all of the dates because my account was showing overdrawn by email. I repeatedly said I never order their product or received their product and their customer service stated an account was opened under my ****** account, under an email I never use. Also, product was sent to an address that I have moved from February 2024. I have been traveling ****** since February 2024 until August 2025. I have not order the product. I have notified my bank ?? and had the *** retry stop coming through my secure card. ****** is showing a negative balance on my account because of them. They are scammers, I tried to call and the phone just rings. I have emails to show they know account is not mine but they refuse to stop getting money from me. I want everyone to know they're scsmmers !

      I NEVER order or received any of your products. The address ****************************************, I sold that house 2/9/24. I have bern living in ****** since February 2024 to current. So there's no way I ordered or received your product. I have blocked all payments towards my bank account and ******. I have file numerous complaints by email but no one is listening.       This company continues to charge my bank account and send product that I havent ordered. Just today I was charged 45 dollars. In total about five hundred dollars has been taken from my account. I am extremely upset

      It looks like we were able to update your account, but by the time you reached out, the order had already begun processing. I completely understand how this could be confusing, and Im so sorry about the mix-up. It appears your Auto-Refill subscription has since been canceled, but that change was made after this order had already shipped.
      If you dont plan to use the products from this order, you can still return them for a full refund within 30 days of your order date by using the prepaid return label at *******************************************************.
