    Back in January 2024 I subscribed for a free trial with healthie. Apparently I had to enter my card information for the free trial even though I was only interested in the free trial at the time, as I was testing other comparable products as well. I briefly utilized the free trial for less than a couple weeks and then never opted to subscribe and actually utilize the product. Flash forward to now, I just realized that I have been getting billed $138.11 a month since February, even though I never opted into this program. Unfortunately this is a credit card I utilize a lot and I did not notice the charges along the way. I reached out to healthie support who say they can only refund me one month. I am fairly certain their IT folks can look at acct and see that I have not utilized my account even once since February, yet they say they cannot refund me more than one month. I told them multiple times that I never intended to subscribe and that I have not used it at all, but they say they cant make an exception. I feel their practice of offering a free trial and then subsequently bumping you up to a paid subscription is done in no -transparent and intentional manner. I would like a full refund.

    Healthie sold me a electronic medical record software and has been paid for a year long subscription. They have had issues with my software not correctly sending insurance billing. It has cost me time and money to resolve. They have been contacted by my office since summer 2023 in regard to the problem. They do not resolve the problem, I have scheduled a meeting via zoom it was canceled. They have provide no resolution.

    This company is taking money out of my account I am not a client or a employee with out my permission my bank is investigating this I will also be calling the BBB to investigate this Company so that thise will not happen to anyone else My lawyer will be in touch
