      Placed an order (over $100) for childrens skincare items on Nov. 23rd with a delivery date of Nov. 30th. The package never arrived so I decided to give it a few extra days with it being the holiday season. I finally reach out to the company on Dec. 10th to which they reply they are opening an investigation and will get back with me. The following day a delivery photo is sent, however the home in the picture isnt mine. I never heard back so I decided to contact *** and file a claim in which they determine the package was lost/never arrived. I then reach out the the company on the 16th of December with the approved *** claim and they say they will be mailing a replacement that should be delivered within a week. I never received any tracking information and they then stopped responding to emails, which is the only method of contact. Im now seeing several people complain of the exact thing happening over their social media pages.

      I was shopping for baby oil for my baby and was attracted to Ever Eden's official website for its Memorial Day sale (sitewide 30% off) on 5/23/2024. I successfully added the products I wanted to the cart - Protecting ************** ($22.5) and ********************** Bundle ($48), and they added a free belly serum ($39 value) to my cart as part of the promotion. I kept getting an error whenever I tried to place the order so I figured maybe there is an hiccup in the system and will come back later. On 5/25/2024 when I tried to check out the same cart again, the price jumped up as it now started to secretly charge me for the "free" belly serum. I emailed their customer service and they basically confirmed that it was just their trick to attract new consumers with these "free gifts" but one would ever be able to check out. It really left a bad taste in my mouth but I would still be open to give their product a try. When I tried to check out again on 5/27/2024, their website said "last day for 30% off with a free sun lotion mini" - the free lotion was added automatically to my cart but when I tried out check out, it charged me the extra $12 without the option to remove it, and the price jumped up to full price (despite showing 30% off in the cart) right when I about to click "place order". I used a different browser and the prices for all these products are completely different (see screenshots attached). Now I came to the conclusion that this business might just be a scam and tried to trick new consumers with false advertised ************* that one can never check out. I would love to request the business to honor their advertised prices for the products I wanted to buy

      I ordered 2 of the healing eczema duo and only received 1. They are asking me to provide the packing slip, but I already threw that away. They should just do the research of how my the package weighed vs the weight of all the products I ordered and see the difference.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have been in correspondence with customer ********************** since she raised this complaint with us, and we immediately started investigating. We identified the root cause of the issue and discovered that there was a problem with order processing with our warehouse. We have already placed a replacement order for the customer and will provide tracking as soon as possible for the replacement item.  

      We are sincerely sorry for any failing in our response and are working to make this issue right with the customer.
