The game developed by Tilting Point, AN Games, and featuring *********** content has made millions of dollars of a game released as complete which is, in fact, not complete. The game has bugs which completely break it and cost users millions of in game resources and hundreds of thousands of troops which cost real life money. When tickets are made the game is not fixed they simply reset the issue and hope that it does not happen again. There has been a bug where millions in game characters have been stuck in a fight from 2 different sets of people in game allowing unfair advantages in the game that were not agreed to when spending money.

My siblings started playing this Avatar game on my phone. At first, I gave them a couple of bucks to be able to play. Next thing I know, there are $300 in charges. I ask for a refund, the company says I have 7days only. This is a MOBILE VIDEO GAME, and nothing physical was delivered, nor were any actual services provided. All of what was received was IN-GAME and is NOT actually real, but they make the excuse of refunds not being possible? I will also be filing a fraud complaint with my bank. The game is full of timed microtransactions and loot boxes that promote gambling

On Jun 1 I purchased a star pass, which last for the entire month. When opened my app again on Jun 3 my progress had reset. This app has had glitches before but *** always been able to contact the app and they made it right. This time I have only been contacted twice to say theyve let developers know and thats it. Its been 12 days and I have completed 3 tickets contacted the app over 8 times and reached out ************ and Instagram. I have sent screenshots and my receipt and Im getting no help or a refund. Apple denied my claim ** they thinks its an add on but its a monthly pass. I would like my money back or my pass. I spend too much money a month. And the customer service has been awful.
