      I have been a loyal customer of ********************** and referred this company to many people. It used to be a pleasure to work with them. I don't know what happened, but despite several attempts to get an order submitted and processed, via regular mail and email , the company continually said they didn't receive my order ( they even had past emails from me) instead of trying to work with me, the response was that they just didn't receive my emails and they wish they could do more to help me. They could have done a lot more, like send an email to my address so I could respond. Clearly they don't care about my business. Terrible customer service. They will go on without me but it's too bad that they just don't care anymore.

      I ordered and paid for $191.04 for paperweights for **** presents in Nov 2021. I have still not received my order. Despite at least a dozen calls, emails to Bens Garden, I have yet to receive a single response and it is now 11 months later. Do Not Use this company, as they cannot be trusted to respond or fulfill orders OR refund money.
