      I called and spoke with staff several times about my couch disassembling almost causing an accident and they never sent the repair or a replacement like they promised. Im on a lease and the warranty is not complete so Im entitled to service.

      Since purchasing on 11/27/24 Ive had my delivery date changed several times. I was led to believe the furniture was available at their warehouse. I later learned that the warehouse did not have the furniture at all. The first delivery date I was given was 12/23/24. That was changed to 1/4/25 and now Im being told it will be at the end of January, 2 months after purchase. I asked for a refund and was told the contract states no refunds. The logistics issues are the sole responsibility of this business. If they do not have something in stock they have a responsibility to inform their customers. This business is engaged in willfully deceitful practices.

      This respond is to clarify what happened with **** ********, she applied for no credit check and get approved for her order she ordered with harlem furniture and it was a new relised item she was aware that its going to take some time for merchandise to be delivered, merch will be available for delivery ****, OUR COMPANY IS ALWAYS WILLING TO WORK WITH OUR CUSTOMER NUMBER 1 PRIORITY IS THE CUSTOMER BUT OUR POLICY THAT WE HAVE NO REFUND, NO CANCELATION.

      DATE OF DELIVERY MIGHT CHANGE DUE TO MANUFACTORY DELAYS. 

      WE STILL WILLING TO WORK WITH THE CUSTOMER AND ARRANGE FOR DELIVERY .

      I paid for a bookcase and delivery was not performed within the promised 2 day. So I canciller. After I was called and told to wait 1 week. I want my ****** refund. That tem was not in stock. I was Led to believe that it will be delivered on 1-26-24. Then I was called and told that the warehouse is where the tem is at and will be delivered on 2-2-24, Friday. I declinado because I felt tricked. I want my money back period.

      Purchased a sleeper sofa from Harlem Furniture.Arrived damaged on 9/2/22. Immediately called to inform, was told to call back next day as the mgr **** was unavailable. Before calling I sent a certified letter with pictures. Spoke with Maro on 9/3/22 and followed up conversation with email and pictures. I was informed that they would send material for repair and then send someone out. Items did not arrive until beginning of October, approximately 10/6. I sent multiple emails between 9/3 and 10/6 and received no response. I called the store once the items arrived and was told someone would reach out to me to perform the repair. Received a call on Monday 10/10 in the afternoon at 4pm from a man stating he is coming to my home "today" to fix the couch, I told him that would not work for me and I needed advanced time to schedule, suggested Tuesday or Wednesday. He became rude and eventually stated he would come on Fri around 3. I called multiple times Fri morning and eventually received a return call where he stated I can't come before 9pm. Explained that I was not comfortable with this and reminded him that he had stated between 3 and 4. Told him if he could come around 7 that would be ok. Called the store to speak to ****, left a message but did not receive a call back. Repair person called back around 5 saying he would not be back in Manhattan before 9pm and could not state that it would be 9pm on time. Told him we needed to decide on a day for him to come and for him to stick with the time. Said he would come that Tuesday but didn't have a time. I called on Monday 10/17 to schedule a time and did not receive an answer, I called Maro and requested that she help me with scheduling around midday on 10/17 and have not heard back yet and it is 10/31/22.

      On 7/25/22, I purchased a bed with matching dresser with the mirror, for ***** dollars. The bedroom set was delivered on 8/2/22 one of the dresser dresser draw had a damaged silver brushed ****, I contacted Harlem Furniture immediately, at 10:18 am on 8/2/22 he asked me can I. all back on Friday 8/5/22 because the owner was not there, so, I said yes. I called back on 8/5/22 11:21 ****** assured me that they will contact the manufacturer and replace my k*** and I can call back at 3pm to verify, Called back at 3 pm to no avail. On 8/9/22 the owner called me, saying I will receiving my k*** in the mail, it is 8/15/22 and I did not received my k*** Receipt# ******
