      Trying to get a refund, your phone number is disconnected and your email auto reply states if you email more than once youll go to the bottom of the queue- not a great look and does not ****** good confidence in your business model. I have escalated with the credit card company.

      I believe that Burrow is having some financial crises or very bad cash flow issues. They hook you up to a good deal, take your money, then let you wait months, and maybe they will ship the item to you (if you didn't give up). Burrow recently dropped their customer service phone number and website chat, and rely only on emails. Example: I purchased a lamp and was told it will take 1-4 weeks to ship the item. After waiting over 4 weeks, suddenly they are saying it will take longer, they have issues with their systems, and "it's usually best to stick with your current order rather than canceling and reordering."In addition, they keep advertising the same item sold now as "In stock! Ships in 2-5 days" but they are not releasing the item that I bought over a month ago.

      I purchased a couch from Burrow in May 2024 and would encourage customers to avoid this company. Despite efforts to fix, every part of the couch is pilling after less than a year of minimal use. I reached out to Burrow and had to follow up with their team multiple times to receive support. I was met with canned responses and a lack of understanding as to the disappointing quality of their product. I received a mere $100 credit after insisting on some sort of compensation. If you do decide to purchase a product from Burrow, ensure that you add the warranty. Your product will go to shambles in 6 months.

      Purchased the *********** console in February, order confirmation stated 1-3 week shipping timeline. After a month of no update or status change on the order, I had to reach out for informtion. Was given a generic response stating they are looking into my order. No follow up from there. I've had to send multiple emails and now coming up on 3 months of the order status not changing and their customer service providing only generic update responses that conflict with previous updates. "Good news your shipment is being released from operations, should ship in the next few business days or following week". 2 weeks later, no shipment. I reach out, their response "we will look into your order". It has been the same cycle of nothing for almost 3 months. Terrible communication, shipping delays are understandable but not communicating why or what to expect is frustrating.

      I ordered a rug on March 5 with an estimated delivery date of March 19. On March 24, I contacted the company and was told that the rug was out of stock. I understand these things happen, but the frustrating thing about this experience to me is that I had to reach out to the company to hear that they could not fulfill my order. Additionally, after informing me the rug was permanently out of stock, customer service asked me to let them know whether I would like to proceed with the cancelation of my order in order to begin processing a refund. This seems incredibly shady to me. I shouldn't have to cancel the order since it is the company that cannot fulfill it. They should have canceled my order automatically and processed my refund before I ever had to reach out. I do not recommend doing business with this company and will not be buying from them again.

      They wont let you review your purchase online if its negative. The couch does not hold up to cleaning with simple water. It leaves marks. Its not comfortable. It is stylish and built well. But the other things make it not a good purchase. Why wont replace cushions even on week 1 of staining. And they do not offer cleaning instructions that are easy to find.

      Have the Nonad couch and not only is it small and uncomfortable, but our cats were able to stain and scratch it up immediately. This furniture is not pet proof or stain proof at all. Would have been better off buying something cheaper. We have had our sofa now 3+ years.

      I bought the Nomad sofa, loveseat and ottoman during the pandemic when it was hard to get furniture. I liked the design and modern look and that it came in sections. It was not as advertised. I had to pay two guys to finish assembling the loveseat. They had trouble too and it took way longer than it should have. The material is not cat proof and hair gets it embedded in the weave. It stains also and is impossible to keep clean. There are holes in it now, stains and sagging cushions. Very disappointed in performance. Looks raggedy already but I can't afford a new set. Wish I'd hung on to my old comfy furniture. Live and learn. I do not recommend.

      Their leather Nomad sofa looks great, but is unbelievably uncomfortable. The seat cushions are rock hard, and don't slope down toward the back for ergonomic comfort. Therefore, you constantly slip forward while sitting on it. At the same time, the back cushions constantly slip forward, so sitting on it is a very uncomfortable juggling act. I didn't return within the 30-day window, as I "assumed" it eould break in a little. Nope!! We purchased ours for over $2,000 a few months ago, and now we need to sell or donate it, and start looking for a sofa actually made for human beings to sit on!

      Bamboozled by Burrow. I received my couch 2 weeks ago but several pieces were missing and I'm STILL waiting for them to send me the parts. They created a ***** tracking number a week ago, but the package hasn't moved. The **************** *** keeps saying they'll "check on it." Meanwhile I have a useless pile of unfinished couch in my living room. Just in time for the holidays.
