    I placed on order on March 18th, 2024 for a total of $104. When two days went by and there was no updates, I sent an email asking when I could expect my order to arrive. It's now March 28th and I still have not received a response. In the meantime I have been calling multiple times every day without an answer. I also messaged the Instagram account where I was told they have "flagged my order to our team to look into ASAP". That was three business days ago and still no updates or responses. It's now been ten whole days and my order still hasn't been shipped out and the company hasn't reached out to me. I've messaged them through email and Instagram to cancel my order and refund my money but based on their interactions so far I'm not expecting to hear back.

    This order arrived with an expired expiration date. The product was stale. I have contacted the company several times with no response.

I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to be very excited for an order to arrive and not receive exactly what you are expecting. 


    If you could please provide us with any photos you may have of the product and/or packaging along with the Best By date on the item so we could forward this to our Quality Team that would be great.


    We would love to make this right! Please let me know the best address to get you out some replacement product.

    I ordered a product from this company on 11/28/22. The items were shipped to the wrong address. I reached out to the company via email and by phone numerous times. I finally got an email reply on 12/6/22 asking for the correct shipping address. I supplied my address and havent heard a thing since then.
