I used the code, but was disallowed from skipping the first week (which had a menu with nothing I would have eaten). It was an enormous hassle to cancel my subscription, and now that I have, they are refusing to let me use the old code, which they claim is for new customers only, despite me never having paid them a single cent. I received a different code from the same person for a different offer for a free box, and they are quietly refusing to accept it, simply forcing me to take a worse code that instead gives me a very slight discount.I have had nothing but a miserable experience with these people.

    The business contacted me directly and offered compensation equal to the original claim. While there are still problems with their response (I cannot use the credits until the discount I was forced to take expires), I have accepted it.

    Every single box we have received from this company has contained rotten food. Mostly produce, but *** also received rotten meat. I have complained multiple times about this to management, and have been reassured multiple times it wont happen again, but Ive just received a box of food so rotten you could smell the stench immediately upon opening the box. While they have refunded us partially at times, they have NOT fully refunded or corrected this issue in any way. I am truly concerned that these people are going to kill someone. As it is, if I fed this stuff to my family, all of whom are immunocompromised, someone would be in the hospital or worse. Something must be done before someone gets seriously ill. The photos Ive included are of various boxes over the months. One shows multiple heads of garlic, that is because the only thing I received in that box was 18 heads of garlic. The rest are all examples of what I have come to expect from this company.

    I had placed an order for EveryPlate to deliver a box for me. The payment was pending in my bank yet the box was canceled as it said the payment was *************** did miss one payment that i got an email for on the 9/4/2025, I then tried to manually pay it but the link in the email did not lead anywhere.I then contacted the bot in the everyplate chat feature, and it said the box would be delivered and not to worry.On the 11/4/2025 the box was not delivered and the customer service representative was not helpful on delivering the box or refunding me the box.

    Receive second box of EveryPlate on March 10, 2025. I could see that the box was a little wet and the ice packs were melted. However, we decided to have the chicken meal that night so I got all the ingredients out. The chicken was a little slimy looking so I ended up washing it off. Didnt really think too much about it And went about and cooked our dinner for that night for me and my son. Later that evening, my son and I both got sick. I assume the chicken was bad. I contacted EveryPlate thatevening and let them know what was going on. They insured me they would contact their food safety department and they would get back with me. The food safety department got back with me the next day and they offered me a $20 refund. I emailed them back and let themknow that I had to throw the whole box of food out because I was afraid the other meat was contaminated or maybe not good as and I didnt want to be sick again. So my next email stated that they would send my whole refund which was $80 to the payment method that I had used and itwould be about 5 to 10 days. I waited the 5 to 10 days contacted ****** and there was no transaction from the company. I reached out to the company. They said they would look into it. Give them another 3 to 5 days and we are on day five now **** still have not received any type of refund. Per EveryPlate they submitted the refund on March 13 today is April 2 and I still have not received any type of refund.

    I received a text saying that my Everyplate box was on the way. I ignored it, thinking it was a scam. Later, I received another text saying a box was delivered with the picture of it in front of my house. I chatted with an agent letting them know that I did not authorize this order. I look on my credit card, and in fact, my card was charged! I never authorized this. The agent explained that because I reactivated my account, it automatically places an order. I have never ordered from this company. A while ago, I opened an account to check prices and see what type of food you had. I may have placed an order then, and then cancelled it, and closed my account. I recently opened it back up to check prices and see what food was there because I was considering ordering. Because I did this, Everyplate automatically puts in an order? That is not okay. I asked the agent to please give me a refund and someone come pick up this box. The agent stated because the order is already in, a refund cannot be issued. I am again requesting a refund. The agent stated that I my account is now closed. I hope so.

    I signed up for a promo to get THREE meals for $10.99 because I wanted to try EveryPlate. Instead, I was billed $82.99 for SIX meals. I never agreed to SIX meals and I certainly would not spend that much to try it on a promo. My delivery is delayed so I still have not gotten the food. But, it has been in an unrefrigerated truck for 3 days now. I called EveryPlate to complain and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. They offered me a $10 credit on future order. I will not be eating anything when it ever arrives as I do not trust chicken being in an unrefrigerated truck for 3 dayseven though they said it was packed in ice. Ice melts before 3 days. Also, I did NOT order 6 meals. I ordered THREE meals - so I have no idea what the other 3 meals even are. I want my money refunded since I was charged $82.99 when it was supposed to be $10.99.

    The first box of food I ordered. The next box I ordered . The meat was not frozen. No way to tell how long it has been defrosted. The food and all packages we just tossed in the box. I had to figure out want ingredients went together. Very time consuming. I tried to go to the website to cancel my subscription.. and their website would not let me. The only thing it would let me do was to skip a week of food delivery. Then I call in to complain about not being able to cancel my subscription, and to verify that my next weeks order will not be shipped to me. I was told my subscription was cancelled and I would receive an email confirmation within in 24 hours. No email received to cancelation of subscription. Then today, I received a box of food that I did not order and was charged $70.99. I was told 7 to ten days for my refund. We will see. I have a feeling I will be calling back. They did not credit me the second order for the meat I had to throw away.
