    I contacted you guys before about Blue Apron and I thought that my issue was actually going to be resolved because the company promised me but NO they lied to you guys and myself and I haven't seen anything from them to makeup for the $586.33 that they basically STOLE from me when I ordered a meal subscription box and NEVER received it despite it was out for delivery for two days and then when I kept contacting the shipping service they kept telling me that all they could see was that it was on a delivery truck and I should be patient and I WOULD get my package before 10pm that night and then after that passed, the next night and then I was super mad because as a single mother of five children and being a domestic abuse survivor where my ex-husband and the father of my children, literally almost killed me after a violent and brutal attack and I spent 12 weeks in the Trauma-ICU and then an additional 14 weeks in a rehabilitation hospital where I had to basically to live again due to the brain trauma that he gave me from hitting me with a metal crowbar numerous times. I fully support all 5 of my children by myself and NO HELP from anyone at all and it gets super hard and sometimes we have gone without me eating at all just so they would at least have a little something to eat. I counted on my weekly Blue Apron box to arrive and had already planned to use it for my kids to eat all week for supper and even snacks and some breakfasts. AND TO NOT GET A BOX AT ALL AND THE COMPANY BASICALLY IGNORING ME AND MY CHILDREN AND ACTING LIKE WE DON'T MATTER and still to this day, haven't given me a refund and/or at the very least give me the store credit with no restrictions of the $586.33 so that my children and I can get a week or two of boxes from Blue Apron for our upcoming week worth of food because I don't know at all what my children and I are going to do currently for food this week because I had to pay literally ALL OUR HOUSEHOLD BILLS and since I do it all on my own.

    I had skipped all upcoming orders with blueapron. not only did they unskip my orders without my permission, they sent me a box without my consent and chargedme for it. despite multiple chats and emails they refuse to acknowledge their error, or refund me. this is the second time htey have done this.

    I started ordering from blue apron and when I told them the meals were incorrect they promised a refund and would change my food never happened wasted my time my money and food. Was terrible customer service and terrible food. Worse 4 months. So I finally canceled my account December 2024.

    I ordered a four meal box from Blue Apron. It arrived on the 23rd. 3 out of the 4 meals had to be eaten by the 24th. I did not had enough time to actually consume the meals before they expired. I reached out to the business for a refund and they refused. They instead issued a credit on my Blue Apron account even though I communicated that I'd already canceled my account

    I have been asking Blue Apron for over a year to stop sending me mailing advertisements or anything in the mail. However, they refuse to remove me from their mailing list.

    I started ordering Blue Apron meals about a month ago. They had a promotion for new customers. I can't remember exactly what it was, but when I ordered my first order they charged me full price instead of the discounted price. I think it was suppose to be $50 for the first 4 weeks. The full price is $200. I chatted with customer service and they gave me my$200 back to my Blue Apron account. Next order 3 of the 5 meals were rotten because the box was completely melted and everything inside was damaged. I chatted again with customer service and was credited again. Same thing happened again this week. I canceled my subscription and asked for my money back. I was told they could only return $96 to me for the meal that was damaged, but the $127 that is in my Blue Apron credit cannot be returned to me because it's a credit. I explained its a credit because the billing was done wrong and my money was credited back to me. Every week since there has been a problem so Blue Apron has returned the money back into the Blue Apron account. It's my money that I was unable to use and I don't want to use Blue Apron anymore since every week something goes wrong. I am only asking what is left in my account. Once I cancelled my subscription, I can't access my account. The Amount is about $127 and some change. They ask for my email and phone number attached to the account.

    I am a government employee and healthcare provider/ first responder. Their website and ID.me shopping site offered 50% discount on each order for first 4 weeks. I was only offered a flat $ amount off. I emailed to cancel and asked for refund with no resolution. The photo shows what my credit card was charged (>$80) and the promotion reflects what should have been charged. I provided proof of my ID.me verification.

    My son gave a subscription to Blue apron for meals to be delivered to me. The first 4 were terrible. Now the second order 2 of the meals are the same as last order. So I called Blue Apron and cancelled the subscription and said to send any credit to my son. They said no money is returned just credit for future purchase. If I dont like the food now what did they think I would want it in the future?? She said that was what they did . Can anything be done about this??

    I never ordered. I put my card in (as most places have you do, even if you are just browsing what they offer). I didn't order anything, I was window shopping. I will ***** you that I didn't notice the 6 weeks worth of charges (I usually take out cash and pay for things that way, this don't use my card very often).I called. Sent all info (and then some) to multiple people multiple times. Turns out (shockingly)"There is no record of your name/email slash phone numbers /card/chargers on file. I even gave extra information such as old email addresses that I only use when I don't really want to sign up for things.My bank already knows and they are working on it as well.I am obviously upset because obviously even if it didn't come from Blue apron itself. The fact that on my bank statement it says it comes from Blue apron means that ultimately they're the ones responsible right? I know that if I was a company and somebody else was making my company look bad I would probably want to investigate that. I mean that's why they hire high power lawyers right?

    I was attempting to redeem a gift card that I received for Christmas 2022. I was not able to when I followed the instructions on the card. I contacted customer service. I had no awareness of this policy or of course I would not have done something to jeopardize my funds. What recourse do I have?
