      Cancellation is impossible, they even charged me for a full year of membership after i asked them to cancel it.

      Membership False Advertising. They advertise about month to month membership with no commitment. My family had a temp 3 months membership and cancelled at 2 months knowing we had to give 30 days notice; however, we had to pay an additional month plus an annual membership amount + another month cancellation fee. The whole 3 months was $170! They catch you with the little *s where an annual membership and additional monthly is still charged.

      I just want to say that Crunch Fitness is an amazing place to go and focus on your fitness goals! I had an amazing experience with ***** *******!, shes amazing and has a very strict and effective workout regimen down! Shes also amazing in her personality and charm not to mention her work ethic. If you want to go and have a great experience with great staff and equipment?, Go to Crunch Fitness ***** Corners.

      I was attending 24 hour fitness when it transferred to crunch automatically after they transferred over they said I have 30 days to cancel my membership so I asked to cancel/stopped going within the 30 days. 2 whole months later they sent me a bill and when I called and tried to explain that I was trying to cancel the membership as of my last date of attendance they say they cant do that but even more they say they cant cancel at all or stop any future payments until I pay the past due for a gym I long stopped attending. When I asked for corporate they said they are privately owned so pretty much during the whole gym transfer they are hustling new members out of fees and refusing to cancel or honor the 30day cancellation period.

      I am having issues with the ******** Road. Crunch Fitness Location in **********, **. My name is Dacotah ***** I have walked into the location 2 different times both at 11:00 am once on a Sunday ( was told no manager on site and to come back ) then again on a Thursday at 11:00 am. Was told a manager was in a meeting, and they couldn't help. Was told to come back again to cancel my membership. I saw that mid July ( current ) that they would have click to cancel online available. I did that last week and the site said a team member would reach out within 1 to 2 business days. It has been over 1 week without any sort of contact made from the gym. I am not sure what to do. I need help! Dacotah **** Member ID# *********

      My first day as a guest I was told I had to pay $10.00 to try the gym. The following day I was told I could get a free 7 day pass and did just that. Why wasn't this longer free trial suggested to me the first time? Is $10.00 really a big commission winner that employees sink down to this slimy level? After completing my 7 day trial I came back to join. I wanted the .04 cents down for $9.99 a month. I have received numerous texts stating just that deal and yet I am told it does not exist. This is complete false advertising and blatantly wrong. I feel bad for the staff who have to deal with this false advertising that they have no control over; yet have to explain. I doubt I will ever see the money back for all the ADDED FEES that accompany this $9.99 a month. This is the type of scam I should have stayed away from but joined because of friends. I will seek out other gyms when this membership is done. BUYER BEWARE OF SCAM It will cost you $$$

      I am a member at ****** Crunch. Lately its dirtier than normal! Last night there were no paper towels in 2 areas, the glass above the main door is cracked and if that falls someone can get hurt. The hand soap dispenser is a cheap one that keeps breaking. The bottom of the sink has mold and it smells! The exercise room doesnt get clean daily. Sometimes there is no fan in the hit room! It just keeps getting worse at Crunch in ******!

      Bait and switch policy, my company advertised on their TVs in 11 Gyms in the ***** area. we canceled our subscription for non performance on their part and they sent my personal information to the credit bureau as a collection...I would not recommend this company anywhere. I would never even Join their fitness centers for a work out!!!

      Stay away from this gym, and ******, who is in charge of Personal Training, is using false advertising by saying you can cancel anytime. And ***** instructed me that you can cancel with no penalties for free. However, when it was time to cancel, yes, they closed the membership at the gym.But the for personal training is still debiting my account every day. Even charging me for drinks and clothes. How many elderly people attend this gym who do not check there account? They need to be sued with a class action lawsuit. ****** needs to be fired very unprofessional employee and would not even let me sign the 30 notice to cancel the account.Thank god when I went back there corporate was in the building and he instructed this jerk on how to close my account. But even then I still getting charged right now which is crazy so he was not any ********* now im fighting with the bank to report them as fraud.

      I was JUST charged for the month TWO DAYS ago- June 24th! It's June 26th and I need to cancel. In order to cancel with 30 days notice, the "manager ******" had me use my credit card to pay for JULY 24th PAYMENT today (June 26th) and my cancellation will be effective 8/23/25. This is absolutely ridiculous. I do NOT thing I should have been charged the $27 today. Also why did a $19.99 membership go up to $27.92 without ANY NOTICE?? The agreement I signed was NOT for this amount. I want to be refunded for this extra amount you have been charging me without notifying me. This is a violation of contract. Let me out of my contract TODAY JUNE 26 and reimburse me for all the extra fees you have been charging me without permission and credit me back the $27.92 payment you charged my card today. I want to be contacted and I want this situation rectified. Since January 2025 my contracted amount of $23.64 has increased to $25.78 and now is $27.92 month. (overpaid $19.81 at this time). To summarize: I am required to give 30 days notice to end my account. I had to use a credit card to pay the $27.92 amount for July 24th and will have my membership until August 23rd. Called back to speak with a manager- they have NO IDEA why the fees increased since management has changed twice recently. Also said I have a $81.18 balance (FOR WHAT?!??!?!??!). This is ridiculous and can't get through to corporate either. Does anyone have advise on this?!?!
