    Very disappointed in their handling of my issue. I received 2 gift cards from 2 class action settlements. I printed them and they were declined at separate places. I looked up the cards on their site and found they had been reduced to nothing due to inactivity charges.I lost about $100. I went to the time and trouble joining the class action.Tremendous was the only one that was enriched. I called them and the *** was very snarky. Stated there was nothing they could do? What the heck...they stole my money. On their site in bold...Mind the expiration dates. I did. They were well into 2026. Please do the right thing and give me MY money.

    Hi there,Apologies for the frustrating experience with Tremendous. As no transactions were made on your prepaid Mastercard for a period of 12 months, an inactivity fee was assessed for each month following. Inactivity fees cease once a transaction is made or the balance of the card is $0. The inactivity fee structure is included in our Tremendous Cardholder Agreement, which recipients must acknowledge prior to redemption by checking a box. This agreement is also linked at the bottom of the card page at all times. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to read this agreement thoroughly. Per this agreement, we will not be refunding any inactivity fees applied to your card. We appreciate your understanding.

    I have NO idea how Tremendous received an A rating. My experience with this company would give them an F rating. Tremendous took $60 from a company that assured me they would give me a $60 gift card. Everything was approved on June 5th and over 45 days later Tremendous is still finding excuses to NOT give me this gift card. I think this company is a sorry excuse for a business. All they had to do was mail my gift card to me and they failed miserably! The only thing they deserve an "A" for is excuses!!

    ************* - I attempted to create an account to send gift cards to my employees. After setting it up and requesting a demo, I received a vague, random, and unhelpful email stating that my account was not approved (??) with no explanation provided. I had already set up the account and was prepared to fund it. Instead of assistance, I received this ambiguous email with no recourse or further details saying:"we're not able to provide any other information here. The decision is made by our compliance team, and is final. "What compliance?! From a gift card company, which I would have to pay upfront for!?!Their response was unacceptable.A company that is utterly unreliable, untrustworthy, and unprofessional.

    I have been waiting eight days for a lousy $40. Ive sent them at least 7 emails, called twice and left my number for someone to get in touch with me. Of course they ghosted me and they keep sending me the same generic email telling me theyre working on it. I am so annoyed and Im disgusted with this company. I am telling everyone to be careful with them because they dont like to pay

    ******** company for gift cards!!! Their gift cards expiration date is a short window compared to most gift cards! A lot of gift cards don't even have an expiration date! Once the gift card expires they keep your money!!! They don't give any notice that your gift card is about to expire with a balance or not even a substantial balance!!! Since it's a digital gift card, it's hard to keep track of the details of the card unless you print it or just use it all in one transaction as soon as you get it!!!

    Terrible customer service. Sent an e-mail that the card was declined three times. First time, it was due to over charging the card since it was used while I was away from table. Second time, the amount was refused again when it was well within the limit of the $50 value card. I was only charging $15! Again I tried to use the card in the grocery store which accepts gift card and pre loaded visa /master cards. Again charge was within $50 value of the card and was declined. The customer service ignored my request for assistance and did not provide any resolution. However, thank me for contacting them via email and please contact them for further assistance but they do not leave any contact information other than their useless email. I would not leave a single rating star if I didnt have to.

    they have not responded back to me to pay **** work with **************** they sent me my $5 4 different times and now my bank sent it back to them and they wont respond back to me to get my money back.both **************** and this company are criminals and are fraudulant. i work at another survey company but i want my $20 and then i will leave **************** for doing surveys cause they cant straighten this out for me either.please help me **************************!
